Nasaka Water Purifier

I have very bad experience with nasaka RO. Quality of product is very low. Not advise to use this product. In 14 month have taken one free service an in 2nd service charge high in comparison to other companies an parts (adoptor.etc) also expensive & bad quality.

Worst Customer Service at Bangalore. They don't know the Value of time. Very Very arrogant and annoying. They Never attended on time.

Got this product from builder but it has issues from starting.purified water stinks plus after sale support is the worst part. After so many complaints, finally 01 Individual randomly shows up and asking 3500 for changing the filter in the system.

Very bad service, I called so many times to customer care for service but no response taken. Everything is fake. I never recommend to purchase this product.

I brought nasaka a1 tulip purifier 6 months back in jalandhar purifier stop working for same i launch the compliant after a week engineer come said pump is not working and we don't have spare part available in punjab till today more than 45 days has pass still parts not available i called customer service many time they have one answers only sir please wait soon part will be available, worst service, if they not have spare parts why the sell products in market

Where can I get the spare kit for nasaka xtra sure purifier? I have checked on Flipkart but it is showing "Currently unavailable". It has been more than 10 months using the filter and I want to change the filter catridges. So, please kindly provide the link for the water kit.

Nasaka Service engineer Sushil Kumar from Shikha Enterprise did the fraud in the name of RO AMC. Initially he was not shared any agreement copy and ensured will replace all the part in case of any fault and collected 4000 from me and now he is denying the Services. According to call center they can't help. Poor Services, No response from Customer Care, Higher Management behavior so rude.

Purifier is good but post purchase service is not available if you cant provide No of purifier and purchase detail. My nasaka is not in use since 2 year due to this attitude of company.
Nasaka company has given franchise/distributorship to wrong and non responsive/irresponsible person/firm

Worst ro.service is also bad.wastage of money.every 2 months spend 1000 rs.not recommended to buy this.think before buy

DO NOT BUY this NASAKA product! Worst product and worst after sales service. Product got bad within one week of purchasing it. We have a new born baby and a 5 year old at home. The machine started dispensing dirty water all of a sudden. I've called the service center a thousand times and they rarely receive the calls. I've been following up from ONE MONTH AND NOBODY TURNED UP. I live in the heart of Bangalore City and there is no service at all from this brand. All my hard earned money is just down the drain. DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP THIRD CLASS BRAND. STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR LIFE. All they care is to scam your money. Thu. Luccha brand

I raised 5 tickets for RO Service but no service yet and all the tickets got closed without any information.
WORST Product, Poor Service.

Very bad service. If you call customer service they do not have idea how to talk. Such a dumb people. For any problem they have only one answer it will take 12-24 hours. Donot provide satisfactory answer. They level of dumbness of support team is like not have understanding how to react. Very unprofessional behaviour they will drop calls in between.

This ro company and its products are very substandard and useless.
My ro got bad and was giving dirty water. When I complained to the company, no authorized service engineer of the company came himself, rather he sent an unauthorized boy who said without opening the machine, I can tell by just seeing that all its filters are bad. He told the cost of Rs 3800 and even after that he was putting fake parts in my machine instead of genuine parts. When I refused to put the fake parts, he left and even after complaining 4 times, no authorized person of the company has come to fix my machine

Like to give zero or minus star for their services. I had buy a purifier with promise of installation in 48 hours and service person came for installation after 10 days and many phone calls. Now my purifier is not working from last 20 days in just 2 months. No one take care to solve problem after continuous follow ups.

Dont trust nasak brand.product quantity is too low and their service team disaster and mr pritam even don't know how to handle customer. Very bad experience with company never recommend to busy nasak product in delhi territory.in 3.5 month 19 to 20 complaint has been login. D'not waste your money to buy okaya brand water purifier

I am from jaisalmer I have a hotel here and I buy this r.o that has Very very poor service I have been calling them for 3,4 months but no one is coming don't buy it's a waste of money.

They even did not concern about the costumer needs and necessities.please don't buy this company products. Even Though I had a warranty of 12 months they were not changing my purifier. I face too much problems in 1 month. However, our membrain parts are changed, motors are changed 2 times in 1 month. Now still I'm facing the same problem. This is a humble request to each and every person who is thinking to but this company purifier. Please don't purchase anything from this company. I share my whole experience with you because I also thought that this company is best but it was only in my dreams. In reality it's was worst. They only make fool of the customers.
