I ordered 1masala dosa and when I started eating i saw hair on my food. I am pregnant women if eat those hairy dosa by mistake then I will suffer from stomach infection then who will responsible for this? Totally disappointed

We ordered Kulcha thali which consisted of one aloo naan (cut into 2 halves), dal makhani, raita and salad. It cost us around 170 bucks. And it tasted delicious.

We then ordered an onion kachori (for INR 25 per piece) and Thandai (readymade) for INR 95.
Kachori was so-so
But thandai and kulcha thali was awesome.

Definitely a good eating joint. Value for money!

Very low quality food, staff behaviour very rude. Please don't go, it's a total waste of money,

Manager and the other man tall height available is not bothered about the customer and saying ye bhi ni hai kuch bhi ni hai waiter ni aata abhi.not responding properly I think they don't want to do sales and manager was too slow was not knowing anything about the store and we have to order some bulk boxes of sweets but they were not replying properly.very very bad experience

Worst food service.
They reject order from online delivery and after 1 hour of waiting nobody picks up call from restaurant.
Expericing this order rejected case third time.
That's why all time Hira is better than Nathu.
Highly recommended not to waste time and money to visit or order online food from Nathu Sweets

Don't buy food from here. They send expired food items in online delivery.

Overrated place - Hira is far better in every aspect.

If you guys are only after making money, trust me things are not going to work. Worst food quality and worst service too. I had 4-5 experiences. Funny part is that the person who is providing waiter service is also making sandwiches. Good luck guyz.stupid thing is that when I gave feedback to the person at the counter, he just didnot care for it and was busy with Zomato orders. First make your place and food at that level then deliver things. Too eager to make money but less at providing good service. Never gonna visit and definitely the feedback will be given to my near ones too. Thanks

Over hyped and unhygienic
After reading good reviews on TA, we visited Nathu's on Dal lake lane and it was utter disappointment.
First, the place was over-crowded and totally unhygienic. No proper cleaning of tables and food hall area. They have seating inside and out in the open area - inside was so hot, dirty and full of people, while outside was total mess.
Food was strictly okay, we ordered total eight different dishes, and not a single of them was tasty. Its self-service restaurant, but people who were assigned cleaning job, most probably, were serving people who gave them some tip. If they were overwhelmed by crowd, they must ask people to go somewhere else, and serve the people who were accommodated, rather than such a poor service.
We really repented our decision.

The food sometime is very tasty but sometime it is not good which means they don't have consistency in taste, which I don't like, tgey also don't serve proper salad as compared to other restaurants.

I always recommend people nathus sweet is the best but couple of years it’s goes down, last month we visit 2 times, now they don’t have any cook for preparing for snacks and food if we Oder same think server says they don’t have, finely we found chana bathura and pov bajje but it’s very lowest quality.seriously they most think about the quality.

One of the worst place to eat out. Staff behavior is very rude. If you ask them for anything, they don't even reply properly. Won't recommend anyone

They sell stale sweets and snacks to the customers and they don't even give bills when they sell stale sweets cleverly so as they wouldn't be liable for replacing the stale sweets. When customers go to them for replacing stale items with fresh ones, then they say we don't replace any items without bills.

Sweet are very tasty, each & every type of sweet are available here.
Customer are satisfied from this shop.
Cost have cheap not costly.
Main points are there minds on clean, greetings to customers which are very likely to everyone and customer will be very happy that's there motive are appreciated to work better for their shop
At last I'm also like sweet and I have purchased sweet for relation and they told me that this sweet are very fabulous in taste as compared to those sweet shop where I were purchased.

It is located in Laxmi Nagar main road. They have lots of varieties of sweets and snacks, food for lunch, dinner. Hygiene place and sitting facilities is also there. Quick and fast service.

Its a good place.they have a variety of sweets and even dinner is available when i went last time.the sweets are fresh and tastes very good

Very good service, I really like the food and the warmth with which the request was catered to. Excellent staff and service men. Do visit and enjoy the relishing food. A big thumbs up to the team from my side.

We we ordered chole bhature, and rasmalai. Chole bhature were very oily and over fried. Rasmalai was smokie. My son was eating rasmalai but when we tested we asked to change it they came back saying that we can order something else then then we said OK let's try gulab jamun. Gulab jamun ok ok.very sweet. Finally we decided to get out of there and asked for for bill. And can you imagine they billed for half eaten rasmalai which we complaint for. And when we asked manager on the billing counter he said I don't think that that there is a problem with rasmalai and there is no way we will correct the bill. When we debated for sometime he handed over one samosa as a replacement! This was the high time. We told them, on one hand you are not ready to take any feedback. Now you are insulting us with your attitude 35 rupees rasmalai is replaced with one samosa. We came out and give that samosa to rikshawala. But such an attitude. I would never go back and will never recommend anybody to go there.

Food is not as good as we believe nathu sweet has to serve no competation from others similer foodshop

I have been visiting this restaurant from last 3yrs or so. Earlier I really liked going there but now I don't prefer much just coz of thr service.waiting time is too long n food taste is average to me. Thanks

Well behaved and polite staff!
A lady complaint about the cleanliness of their washroom, a polite guy came in no time to clean the washroom.

The awesome place to take the sweets specially "rasmalai" no more words for this. Yummy place with super service

Great paneer dishes like Shahi and butter paneer. Also Dal fry was top notch. My favorite. Also the sweets like Raj bhog and Kesar Rasmalai were out of this world. Highly recommended!

I treid Rasmalai and Rabri. Both tasted bad. Did not liked. Will not recommend Nathu Sweets to anyone.
