Nathu's Sweets

I just ordered a veg deluxe thali today from Swiggy from Nathu Sweets restaurant. "I had a disappointing experience, particularly with the overly sweet Shahi Paneer and Mix Veg. The quality of rice in the thali was below expectations, Given the price of the thali, I expected premium Basmati rice, but the provided rice fell short of that standard, There's room for improvement in both dish flavors and rice quality.

Cold gulab jamun served. Quantity not worth the price. Too highly priced. Very disappointed. Nathu seems to be losing its charm all together now! Unsatisfied experience

Very rude misbehaved staff and manager. They sell as if they are obliging us, if you like to spoil your mood do step in at this place.

Weird policy being followed at Dwarka Sector 13 outlet - 2 of us took a table and ordered food. But immediately afterwards - one of the waiters asked us to change tables as a larger family had come. And said that 'Uthna toh padega'. I think they should mention on their tables - Minimum quote required to sit on this table. And the manager was even more pathetic and least bothered and blatantly denied his staff's behaviour. Highly unrecommended!

My family and I have been a regular visitor at Nathu's Dwarka Sec 13. We like the food hence we visit but their staff is very arrogant and talk in the most pathetic manner. We sat on the last right seat and the staff said "pls get up you r 2 and there is a group of 4". We had already ordered. If they don't want 2 people to sit there then mark it as reserve or else be a bit polite. On speaking with the person on billing Mr Babloo, realised he was the father of all arrogance. He was not bothered and said I don't think my staff said anything and never even said wait mam have food n go. He was not even looking and responding. Then came another customer who also gave the same review and said if this is your behavior even I will not come ir buy anything and he left. But Mr babloo was like apki marzi. Zero in client dealing. I told him this is some 20th time I am visiting but he was like phir kya karein. Owner Sir you should definitely look into this arrogance as his client dealing is really bad.
DO NOT RECOMMEND AS CLEINT COMES BEFORE BUSINESS AMD IF THEY CANT RESPECT THAT THEY SHOULD REALIZE IT.

Attitude of Mr Purshotam was not good. He doesn’t know how to tackle customer issue he is very aggressive.

They were very generous. I asked 2 scoops of ice cream; vanila and strawberry. They forgot and gave 2 scoop of vanila when I said about my requirement. They gave one scoop of strawberry and even did not charge

Only decent option in that mall.
Has plenty of seating, reasonably priced, quick service and good taste.

Extremely poor management, service is dead slow because they have 4 waiters to serve 17 tables (as per their manager) so if you are a group of 8 or more then better avoid it. Space is not as big as it looks in the pictures. Same waiter will serve, clean table & also pick the used utensils so hygiene is questionable. Food was okay but loses taste if you have to wait for 20 min for something like Dosa.

They make third class product— no delicacy, no flavor and no taste. The ingredients seems to be very poor quality. The portion size is awfully low. The packaging is horrible and gravy came out of it.

Need to change Chef and their assistants.

Not recommending to anyone. Also reviewing at other websites.

Clean, hygienic place.
Food is absolutely delicious.
Gluten free options are also available.

I dont know why but now Nathus has degraded their quality of food and also made it more expensive compared to other good branded sweet shop. So i prefer to avoid this place.

Super vegetarian restaurant, centrally located in Dwarka, Delhi. Very close to Radisson Blu Hotel. Do try sweet lassi.

Though the ambience is good and thali is delicious but giving 2 stars because the staff throws bad attitude and would reply in arrogant manner. I.compalint about manchurian which was uncooked from inside but instead of listening and apologizing the manager as well as the waiter showed us attitude saying "aur bhi teen tables par serve kiya hai sab kha hi rahe hai" what does that mean if no body else is complaining then i should also not.we are paying you for that and if we wouldn't like it.its our right as a customer to raise a complaint.but the way they replied was something unethical.i would also mention the names of the manager: Deepak and waiter: pandey. I would request the owners to take action against them.thanks

Poor food quality. This outlet is an outlier is the Nathu chain. With poor service, mosquitos and bad food. This is not recommended.

The taste of food is worse here, If anyone wants to go for lunch or dinner then the taste of this place is not good.

Nathus is the only restaurant in reliance mall, sector 13 dwarka. My ratings:

Food is good BUT STAFF named Pandey is so over confident and lethargic that he can barely move. Basically the cash counter staff and waiters are self serving which takes away the goodness of the place. Very SAD

Service was zero, asked water twice but wasn't served. Ordered dhokla thrice but got it when reached cash counter to make payment for breakfast I had. Complained about bad service to cashier, his reply was that last night was pretty busy for everyone, therefore they are tired and short staffed. If that's the case, they shouldn't even open the outlet. It was my last visit to this Nathu outlet

Very good vegetarian food served here, and the pricing is good too as compared to other restaurants.
Good sevice, cleanliness and ambience too.
Good location.

Pathetic experience!

Don't order pizza until you bring bandsaw with you,

Don't go for Naan to make your worst dinner, they serve a super tiny size naan.

Taken delux thali, tasty, quality of nan & lacha pratha superb, should go if vegetarian, good sitting atmosphere

Really good service followed instructions while cooking and the resturant was neat and clean. Food was really good too

This is the best for people who are related to iskon temple and who want food which is without garlic and onion, it is very tasty food and at very reasonable price
