The taste has gone down. The ice creams taste like they are filled with sugar and mostly palm oil.

I reached out asking for ingredients and a calorie chart of ice creams they are selling, but they do not share it.

You have to buy a whole tub then you might able to read what is mentioned.

Very unpleasant service. Ice cream is fine. Some of the staff aren't lovingly serving to the customers.

Amazing just amazing experience, great taste helpful staff, and special mention for gatekeeper guy, everytime he opens the gate for customer with his constant respect & smile.

Mind blowing ice cream flavours infused with real fruit! Our favorites are orange pistachio, and anjeer (fig). We also tried roasted almond and shareefa (custard apple) that were also good. Restaurant was quite busy even after 10: 30PM. Beware: entrance gates to the residential community where the restaurant is close at night after 11pm. Can be hard finding a way out if you're not familiar with the area.

Most of the flavours were not available. I feel the quality of naturals is also degrading. It not like it was before.

As the name suggests, everything feels natural. One must try the tender coconut from here. Overall loved it.

Worth indulging in their ice cream; it truly captures the essence of natural flavors. Only downside is its higher price point.

The icream's were super delicious made out of real fruits with small fruit extracts and the ambience and the sturdiness was good. Just the price is bit more.

It was an okay experience. The flavours were okay. Didn't like it much. And I think it was a little overpriced. But overall had a good experience with my peeps. The place was really neat and clean and beautifully maintained and decorated.

Lazy staff is the reason for this rating. They only had 4 customers and at least 6-7 staff members, but still customers were left waiting. They were busy discussing something and going in and out of back room
Had 15-20 flavours in all. Tender coconut was the only one worth eating.

Lovely place, such good décor, energetic vibes and Ice creams are just wowwww.out of the world. Huge variety. I am personally a fan of tender coconut ice cream.

Good place for ice cream lover. Lots of flavour available to enjoy. We had mango flavour. It was like we eating real mangoes in chilled. Easily locatable from Lajpat Nagar metro gate 1. Relief in summer. Some service people were not cool. They were showing as they are busy.

Nice ambience, quality is great with a perfect amount of sugar and feels like taste of home made ice-cream with a flavour of real fruits and location is approx 50 footsteps away from lajpat nagar metro station towards central market.

One of the best icecreams you can have. Brand name is so apt as they serve ice creams made of natural ingredients no flavors added. They even customize your order. You can have icecream cone or shake of your favorite flavour. The staff is really humble. They themselves suggest you their current trending flavour as you will definitely be confused after seeing so many varieties.

Good place to grab your favourite natural icecream. Sitting are good so as the place is easy to locate. Its imjust near the lajpath nagar metro station.

Last had naturals ice cream in mum 3 years back.as good as ever.but wonder why very few outlets in delhi.

Naturals has the most amazing icecreams ever. Earlier I used to like their chocolate icecreams range, but now I've switched to their fruits range. The new flavours that were introduced- blueberry, mulberry, strawberry- were so yum! And now they have Pina colada too! And their coconut is like a classic.
However amazing the flavours are, my one true love is their hot and crunchy waffle cone! It's like the best thing ever! Sometimes, I just have a naturals icecream for that cone

I tried the seasonal malai strawberry flavour and coffee walnut. Also, the interior decor is very unique and inetresting.

You dream, they make it, only ice creams though! Great place to go for so many amazing flavors and the quality is outstanding, great service and great people, above and foremost, what amazing flavors!

The place was nice with some amazing looking ambience, warm and clean. All in the rating tells everything abt it.

Aesthetically pleasing place to have icecream with your date, loved one and even with family. Icecream flavors are as vivid as the installations on the wall. A must visit place and is quite nearby to Lajpat Nagar Metro Station exit 1.

Good but as per quality prices are very high, buy simple normal ice creams are good, high end mixes are not good. Place is beautiful easily accessible. You can drive there. Badam icecream is really good. Chocolate is not so good. Moreover store front looks good. Good can not say very good. Sitting is also good. Area is good as a big space is there. High sitting is also there. Can go place not a must go place. So if you can eat small bakery icecream and enjoy eating while walking over the street go for locak bakery.

I tried the jalebi flavour here and that was such a delicacy.i totally loved it. The best part here is that if you are confused on what to choose among the 50 flavours (not exactly), they will let you taste first and then you can go for the best.

Okayish. Good if you want a variety of healthy options for ice cream flavours but does not really make those flavours as delicious.

Perfect place for flavours and colours. Environment is also very calm and sweet. And ice creams are best!

Ambience is good. And obviously ice cream flavours are too good. Parking is an issue so u should walk to. This store if already parked somewhere sensible. Very close by to metro station though
