Bad behaviour. Seriously. I called this place told them it will take 40min to reach. Will the store be open or not.they told me we will keep it open for you. And they closed. Did not have the courtesy to inform. Also did not pick the call.happened twice.jzz avoid this place.u will get some other salon

Recently visited the salon for a service. The pedicure machines were very dirty and the staff was not at all welcoming. Busy watching movie on their phones and also the washroom was extremely dirty & unhygienic. The impression of the salon was unpleasant & unprofessional. A normal parlour provides better service. Disappointed with the entire experience.

Pathetic salon. Loreal ka bol kar godrej color use krte hai haircut global colour k liye. Wife ne karwaya tha, wo to acha hua maine dekh liya tha islie confidently keh rha husband.uss waqt owner se shikayat bhi ki to taal matol kr gyi thi. Aaj ki date me wife k hairs white ho gye hai kaafi. 4000 bhi diye or bewkuf bhi bane.

The waxing experience was not as per expected. The wax was very hot and applied faster than normal. I couldn't notice the leftover hair due to redness at that time but complete hair removal not done as expected. Manicure was fine.

Really love their service. I visit monthly for my pedicure and manicure and also go there for my haircut. They take all precautionary measures during pandemic and I feel comfortable visiting them during pandemic also. Would highly recommend it.

If you ever need to get away from the daily chores, this is your best bet. The staff is polite and hospitable. The services are very good. All in all, the ambience is such that you will leave feeling rejuvenated and beautiful. A happy place makes happy people.

Worst experience it was. They burnt my hair so badly while doing kerasmoothning that spoilt my hair permanently. After first wash at home my hair looked burnt n i rushed to this salon. I was just burst out of tears to see my damaged hair. But They made excuses n applied some thing on my hair to heal it temporarily. Lateron i came to know that they people use duplicate products or make fool out of people just to loot them. NEVER VISIT THIS SALON. Else you ll regret.

Well-equipped place with very friendly and professional staff. The owner also likes to engage with customers and be helpful to them. The service is great and everything is very reasonably priced, especially for millennials who're usually short on cash but like to look good ;)
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I wasn't told clearly how long my dye job would last (just a few hair washes). Would still recommend the place, just be sure to get all the information you need clearly.

One of the best, if not the best, salon in the vicinity. Though a tad expensive but then they offer a bundle of services. Hope they soon start accepting card payments without additional charges.
