I think the service could be better and the staffs are not clear with the pricing of the services and at times they charge higher than the official prices. Moreover they don't generate e-bills, which naturals all over India does, and increases the ambiguity for any customer.

Raju Bhaiya has been amazing from the past 1.5 years. I travel from gurgaon everytime i need a haircut

1. Raju sir for hair keratin and smootening. Completely listens to me and done great work.
2. Dinesh sir for pedicure is very good and great work.

Courteous and professional staff. The overall quality of the brand is intact throughout its franchises. East Patel Nagar branch is no exception.

I underwent hair treatment months ago from naturals and totally loved the whole experience, my hair is just amazing after this session.

They Have taken money in advance under some package but have not been attending on the appointed schedules lately. The center head at their east Patel nagar branch does not seems to have any clue on the staff

Went there 2 months ago, and I can't seem to chose any other salon. Deepa does the best facial. And the staff especially Ashish are remarkable. Must visit salon.

Horrible service. Kept me waiting for 1 and a half hour. Took an appointment before yet no one available. They have taken d payment before hand on providing 2 more services but it seems that they do not intend to give you service once they take money in advance from you.

Services are really bad. They use very low quality products and charge high. Not recommended at all

Very neat and tidy place. Great services by Chand and Imran. Also a little bit heavy on the pocket.

They are pro at talking with their clients. They have seriously done pretty much of hardwork on it.
But hair cut, is definitely they should NEVER do on anyone. Worst hair cut skills they have, when compared to any other hair salon in patel nagar. In the last two decades I have tried almost every available option out their in the vicinity.
For 1100/- they will give you a pain of lifetime. It all depends on how easily you can distract your mind from the damage they cause through their hair cut service.
One more thing other than talking skills they can boast of is their hair styling skills. I mean WOW.
Plus they have good amount of patience to listen to their clients.but I feel so sad to write it again that the moment they respond, it becomes so apparent that they absorb nothing.
Above all the bill they give doesnt bear the name of the brand which gets you visit them.
