Bought a New Voltas A/C but did not taken the old A/C as inspite of promising to take it at Rs 5000, we tried to contact them but they gave falls promises also took 1% extra on card payment, never recommended to any one else

My experience this time has been very very unsatisfactory. Bought a Daikin split AC in the month of May 2023 after the demo by the sales person named Gaurav. He showed us a 2023 model and an old 2022 model was sent, which had lot of problems since its installation- Indoor Unit had damaged fins and Outdoor unit had broken fan motor. Have to lodge complaint with Daikin. And waiting for replacement. This is unethical on part of the Naveen Electronics to fool by sending older damaged product. Be aware.

Worst dealer in Model Town I ever came across …. I bought a new daikon Window ac last month …within a month I got it repair 4 times …owner is so rude …not even ready to replace the piece also …

The owner is very rude. Once you are done with payment, his behavior changes. Least helpful and arrogant. He does not believe in customer assistance.
This is not a fake review. Have faced it personally and never going to buy from this dealer again.

Not happy with their after sales service. Waited day long for my new ac installation. Later got informed by blue star customer care that no such installation request has been put in by the dealer, Whereas the dealer was blatantly lying about putting in the request. Wasted a full day waiting and will have to sleep without Ac in this heat.
Purchase was done on 19/3/22, late in the evening & ac was received on 20/3/22 morning, but no information was received regarding installtion till late evening of 20/3/22, subsequently i was informed by the customer care of having no such request been put in by Naveen electotech pvt ltd.
