If you have minor injuries, fever or other health issues dispensary are better than the other hospitals and clinic. They also refer other hospitals and clinics if needed.
It's free but everyone knows Indian government employee are very lazy and they also create problems or seeking a drawback in your documents.
So please be patient with govt employee.
Minor post employee are more dangerous than the senior post employee.

This NDMC Dispensary of HC mathur lane service is very very poor. There staff is not present in Dispensary they are moving outside after lunch (2: 10pm) and busy in his mobile.i waited for doctor 30mint their staff is saying sir is walking after lunch you can come after 15 minute (2: 15pm). After 15 minute he said that wait more 10 minute. I waited for 30 minute (2: 35pm) but doctor didn't come than i told his support staff i am going to your complain than his staff is saying ok you can go for complain i don't have any problem and abusing me.
