Very nice experience and behavior of the staff, mr.aman siddiqui have nice experience he was assigned for us collection the sample

Pathetic they confirmed to provide report on a timeline but did not provide the report on that time/date: that too dengue/typhoid report

This lab gives froud reports because my wife pragnacy all ultrasound reports are completely froud and fake.specialy My suggestions for pregnant ladies do not believe his reports.

No any managment for waiting the customer no sequence no any benefit to-take advance appointments, they sending patience blindly, while we taken appointments in advance for pregnant lady.

Lady who attended the call (on the given number) was very rude and I didn't proceed further for this lab just because of her behavior

Best prices for the tests and diagnosis in delhi. There is a physiotherapy center in the basement which gives very effective treatment.

One word for the lab totally unprofessional staffs specifically blood sample collector.my previous review was deleted in which i had discussed a lot don't know why they deleted but again a suggestion for the lab kindly look towards ur staffs and hire a skilled one for the same.rates compared to markets are economical which is the best part i found.but staffs are not skilled enough for taking blood sample.

Economic and best services for tests, all reports are reliable and correct, i recommend to get test here

Rate is low but but staff is so bad

Prominent location, polite, helpful staffs, cheap rate, adequate testing facility, Sunday open.

Staff behavior is very poor. Commitment is not valued, here. Usually if you get the test done in morning you are soupse to get the report by evening, if not the case then it should have been properly informed to coustmer. I got report 2-3 days later, even after requesting several times. Try to understand the situation without report how would a person can get treated. 2-3 days time can lead to several other problems.

Been here 3-4 times and the over all experience is good. Sometimes you may find long waiting time.

I have given covid-19 test sample today where your office committed to provide the report by 4pm then by 6pm. But the same I didn't received and your executives stopped taking my phone and not giving any revert (now it is 8.52pm). Is this the way you deal with the people reaches your diagnostic centre? Although there rates are better than others but they are doing test on a partiality basis
I had been came here at 9.00 they said me that please come after 11 o clock because there are so many patients in the line
So when I came back at 11 they denied to run test
They said that these are new patients you can able to do test after these patients
How irresponsible they're, they dont have a time value

Never go for CT, they will send you to there another branch in palam, CT technician is not trained, false report, they will ask you abt the previous report and will type the same in there report

Fake reports. I visited this lab in Nov. 2018 done ultrasound. Their reports declare fatty lever. I started to cure my fatty lever but later everything was going wrong. Again i done an ultrasound from Najafgarh and they told stone. I started treatment to cure for stone. And now i am absolutely fine.

Best place for all the test. No one can beat their price. Excellent location and staff is really nice

Located on main Road, easily approachable. Test rates are normal if we compare with market rates. Staff is cooperative. Value for money.

The best part of this centre is, it gives you high quality report at reasonable price. On road location location makes it easier to approach. But you need proper paper and stamp for x-ray test in pregnancy. IF YOU WANT X-RAY REPORT IN PREGNANCY PLEASE BRING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS OF DOCTORS WITH STAMP OTHERWISE THEY WILL NOT DOING X-RAY.

Best experience i ever had, nice staff, well attended by them, pocket friendly charges specially for poor family who dnt have money to spent that much for test & all.fully satisfaction
