Neeraj Diagnostic Centre

Bad experience. One of the worst diagnostic center. They have one of the poor services in kirti nagar. The Toilets Provided are very Stinking and Unhealthy. No disposable glass.

There was no privacy during the ultrasound. The doctor's friend came inside the room just to meet the doctor normally and there patient was half naked and they were not stopping as well

Bad experience, irresponsible staff, zero rating to centre or staff, patients are waiting for more than 3 hours but no one replies properly.

Terrible staff.very rude behaviour
I gave them Rs. 2000 note for the test but they refused to accept by saying no change. I waited for half an hour and lot of cash payments were received by them but on requesting again they didn’t accept 2000 note. I didn’t have any other mode of payment at that time but they were so rude and didn’t accept 2000note though it’s legal tender till 30 September.
I came back without the test even after waiting for so long. Pathetic Neeraj Diagnostic Centre at Kirti Nagar. Never visit such unprofessional and disrespectful place.

Usg doppler report 90%accurate thi inki jb hospital me hua to lgbhag same report thi nyc good work.

Too much delay in basic report although they charged 100% more as compared to other diagnostic labs.

Worst services ever. Deadly heated Waiting area, non cooperative abusive staff, day long lines, no parking facility, faulty reports. What more do you want as a serious patient!

Really pathetic services. Waiting area is suffocating the patients with dead ac. Staff is totally useless and non cooperative. Took appointment on call as suggested by their webpage but on reaching the centre has to wait at the end of long queue. No parking facility around. And most importantly the reports are not reliable.

Very bad services. Go there only if you want to experience the worst ultrasound job in whole delhi…?

Horrible experience, recent report results showed different blood group. And on the contrary when asked the employees, they said, blood groups keep changing. How that is even possible! Unhygienic lab, never recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone.

Worst service ever i seen in diagnostic centre
i visit here at 10 am they give time for ultrasound at 1pm but it 2: 40 in my watch they dont give me proper answer, attitude of the staff is not good

Dr to itna batamiz hai staaf k saath itni batamizi s behave krta hai n his wife she don't have manners to talk people Dr neeraj don't have manners how to talk people very rude behaviour with patients n staaf poor patient are waiting for 4 hours bcz they are paying half payment for ultrasound discounted patient ko to bhikari s jada bura treat kerta hai Dr neeraj and his wife are very rude and miss behaving with patients both are husband wife cheap greedy Never ever goo again this diagnostic centre world ka sab se ghatiya diagnostic

Wrong Reporting. Done stomach Ultrasound in June 2020 due to stomach pain and got clear report (Dr was in hurry). Since then suffering with same on and off pain. In August 202, Ultrasound done at somewhere else and got report of Gallstones.

Allowing people to cut queues is a regular scene here which is an utter disrespect to everyone else's time. If you have a lab somewhere near you that respects your time, don't bother coming here.

No hygiene is maintained, same underlying sheet for50 patient and on asking they provide u with bedsheet that they used with previous patient, no female attendant for female patient.
It's a place for slum people. Dungy and shady.

Best ultrasound center in west Delhi, Delhi, Dr. Neeraj Sharma is highly qualified and experienced Radiologist and equipped with most advanced imaging machines. I recommend for all types of ultrasound scan.

Excellent diagnostic centre with care & facilities also many thanks to Dr neeraj sharma for his gud nature, reception & staff is very helpful & cooperative with polite behavior they really care for patient.

Most unorganised and I'll mannered staff. Everytime u have to wait for 1 hour for any test. Staff and doctor nobody care about the time of others. They have specialty in ruining your time nomatter how much u try to coordinate and schedule u r appointment. Worst experience.

M spending full pregnancy check up with Neeraj diagnostic centre but now last treatment experience with staff so bad. I need one colour Doppler of my 37 week of pregnancy they said we will charge you 3000 otherwise we will not attending and this same ultrasound will paid last month ninth of July 2500 Is the wright way attanding your client? M spending so much money in 9 month which I have done my all test.sorry to say but they are attending cash not Clint.

Seriously this is worst place. I went today for ultrasound and they take too much time for checkup it takes like 2 and half hours.

I had gone to Neeraj Diagnostic for internal sonography for Follicular study. This is by far the most traumatic experience of my life and i will urge females to avoid this center at any cost.

1.i was asked to change when 2 males one doctor and other technician was present in the room.when i refused and asked the technician to leave he got angry. Doctor did not leave and i had to change behind curtains

2.since this was internal sonography the docotr has to insert the device inside and he did not bother to get up from his seat which was near my head area and without looking started with the procedure

3. Needless to say it was very painful and when i objected he did not say anything

4. Infact i am.not sure if the device was sterile since i did not see him change

and offcourse the charges are 50percent high as compared to other hospitals and diagnostic centers.please avoid this place at any cost.as there is no respect for female privacy
