Worst hospital I have ever seen. The staff here is so bad that they won't even talk to you politely and speak in a rude manner which is not acceptable when your baby is 3 days old and they will not even tell you the condition of the baby on phone or even if you visit. These people are so heartless that seeing baby crying and wet in stool still they don't clean the baby and keep on saying he or she is fine. When I came and ask to discharge my kid Dr. Nikhil said "ap me samajh ni h shayad isilie ap aisa karre h". When ever you come and ask for discharge they will create a new problem for your baby so that they don't have to discharge the baby and not even me. I talked to several other people whose babies are admitted here. Everyone is saying the same things. Please parents don't go for this pathetic place.

Facilities provided to my new born is vry gud.updatation is tym to tym. Staff (Twinkal mam) receptionist nature is polite n humble. Hospital feedback is positive from my experience

We are very disappointed with the behaviour of Cashier at reception who misbehaved with my Husband and then the" Director" (Sanjay Saroha) of the Hospital himself misbehaved when my husband gave him a written complaint of the Cashier (she said -"Bhaad Me Jao"). He did not ACKNOWLEDGE the complaint and said" Jo Karna hai Karlo".
It is unexpected behavior and very offensive with the guardian of the patient.
They make the guardian a multiple run around for every small transactions.
THIS IS VERY RUDE AND UNEXPECTED AS ITS A HOSPITAL AND THEY SHOULD LISTEN THE PATIENT / GUARDIAN OF THE PATIENT IN ALL CASES AND ACKNOWLEDGE ALL COMPLAINT. IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN IN ANY SITUATIONS.
PLEASE CORRECT THIS. ITS NOT THE WAY TO TREAT ANYONE.
P. S. The doctors, Nurses and staff are very good and sweet in nature, caring and understand the patients. Take good care EXCEPT the some night house keeping staff as they are little careless. Please take care of this too

The journey here been excellent.staff has empathy which is rare to see today Would like to give my special thank to sisters Ms Asha, Reshma, Poonam and Dr Deepika, Dr Nitin, Dr Shirin. Sister Ms Asha was real Asha for us here.

I have question is this hospital is just for new born not for further grew up child like 7-8 years old plzz someone give me the answer.

Drinking water is not hygienic as the person who applies water bottle (20 ltr) use his palm to cover the bottle then put it in water dispenser that's not hygienic it may cause many disease. So you need to work on that.

Best hospital for new born baby sick baby and children. My son 2 year old recently admited and discharge today. All doctors nicely touch with the patient for 24 hours staff nurse also educated and nice behaviour and environment beautifully with nice PICU ROOMS and WARDS with all the facility.

Good staff and caring doctors. Once child is there, no need to worry. You will go with sad eyes on first day but will come with happy eyes on discharge day.

Doctors are good but Cashier will try to rob you. When they tell you the discharge date, get your baby discharged at 7am or they will charge extra half-day even if your baby stayed an hour longer. Very money minded and tries to make profit from every single opportunity available.

Neonest Hospital has the best staff to cater patients including the front destroy staff Abhishek who was very polite and able to handle the patient in critical situation. Although the doctors and nursing staff are also very co-operative and experienced enough to take care oft he newborn critical babies.best of luck and keep spreading smiles on new born baby families.

One of the Best Hospital for New Born Care in Delhi/NCR Our twins delivered at 7 months and admitted in this hospital. Both of them were in this hospital for 7 weeks and now both of them are healthy and at home. Daily Consultation about Baby's growth and health given by doctors and Sanjay Sir is highly satisfactory and builds confidence of parents and care given by doctors and nursing staff is excellent. They have best doctors 24 hours to taken care of new born babies.
