Best service in palam meine kafi net service try ki ha par sab ki sab bekar bolte ha 300 Mbps aati ha speed 150 180 roter bhi ese third class ha router ke pass Jake speed chek kro tab aati ha 5 kadam aage jao to speed mar jati ha but net for ever ki service n staff very good Jo time Diya installation ke liye same time installation ho gya palam me ek airtel or net4 ever service achi dete ha but airtel bhot costly ha 200mbps GST 1142 or net 4 ever 6000 me 200 Mbps good service great keep it up.

BAD EXPERIENCE
My connection was interrupted in the evening 30 March 2023 between 6-7 but I didn’t complain because it was raining so I thought it will recover soon. Today when I am writing this review it has been more than 17 hours and it is not yet restored. I have called yesterday on both the numbers flashing on their web page but no one picked. I have tried multiple times but They’re not answering my calls, finally today 31 March at 12: 47 PM someone picked and told me we will come in 10-15 minutes I waited one hour then I called again and no one picked. I went to their office so I could make someone restore my connection but they told in a way that they don’t care. I tried to call the owner and he is not picking my calls either. As a customer I only have one complaint upgrade your customer care services or this will going to reduce the count of your customers. I am still giving you 2 star because your internet speed is good but the customer care services are way more below than two stars.

Worst services many time compliant but issue not resolve one person say in this office aapko net band karna hi karo esa hi hota hi yha

Worst service ever. I was using their connection and found issues. Don't go ever. Once a week, u will face problems in connection for whole morning or even complete night.
