-They cut services even if you are an hour late for your bill payment.
- i live in karol bhag where there very head office is situated and still the wifi gets disrupted for hours and there is no response from customer service.
-Almost every month i have faced a situation that the wifi doesnt work for over a day.
-Imagine the most difficult people to talk to and that comprises the customers service of NETMAX
-I would never ever recommend this service to anybody that i know.

I have been using netmax for last 2 years, but recently the service quality is turning worse. They have started taking customers for granted which will not be good for their business in long run. Thinking of moving to some other service provider after this recharge gets over.
