I have been visiting Netram since February 2019, I am a Diabetic patient and I had been looking for the best eye doctor, my search ended when I met Dr. Anchal Gupta, she is an excellent surgeon, very courteous, warm and a thorough professional. It was during COVID when my retina was badly affected, I was on the verge of losing my vision but it was her who consulted me, helped me overcome my stress and with her guidance and supervision my surgery was a success. Besides an amazing doctor she is a beautiul human being or I should say ' SUPER WOMAN'. The support staff at Netram is very polite and efficient. Kudos to Dr. Gupta and her Team for their great work. I will definitely recommend.

Worst service ever. Even after spending 6k, there was no relief to my father's eye and when we went their again for second visit to request free of charge- they refused. If there was no relief with first visit, they shouldn't ask for more money. Inclined towards monetary benefit instead of patients comfort. Highly disappointed.

When a person makes an appointment to see an eye doctor they look for a ophthalmologist, but when I visited Netram eye foundation I saw a friendly person who welcomed with both the arms opened.
At this Center welcome starts at the reception one will not feel that we are entering a doctors place it felt as if we are entering a safe zone where everyone is so caring.
The services that I receive from dr.anchal Gupta is excellent and the staff are friendly and everyone ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to my family.
Dr.anchal did a great job with my first ever health exam at her Center.she explained everything to me in a very clear manner.she was also kind and friendly.not only she has taken care of me but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment.its rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care.
