NeuGo Bus pickup point

Worst service. Before boarding bus I had conversation with NueGo customer care executive 2 times and he provide wrong cabin crew number both time. Because I was late to reach my boarding point and tried to request crew mwmber to wait for 5 min or pick me from second boarding point. After that I took private convience to reach second boarding point. Now a fantastic thing happen here Driver denied to take me in. Even I asked him to check my seat number, name and ID proof. He often denied. No even tried to check empty seat once. I was standing over front gate of bus and he trying to close door.he did't even think that if door closed it may hurt me.

WORST SERVICE EVER FACED.

Please! Please! Never ever book a ticket using Paytm. Paytm is a huge scam, and I will warn others not to book tickets through it. Paytm may mislead you, and you may miss your bus. It is preferable to reserve your bus through the official app.
