New Komal Art

I have been going to this place for many years now and I will be recommending it for keeping all the cosmetics, head, face and skin care products. I have never been disappointed by their service and its quite a good shop for the first timers too. You will get everything under the same rood so yeah you can call it a one stop shop for all your needs.

Very nice and dependable shop which is older than 35 years. Modern, trendy, daily need make up items and festival needs like small mirrors, combs, Mala for God and Moorthies mehendi cones, small statues in peethal and white metal all available in one roof.

It's a busy place anytime one visiting here for variety of households. Economically also good place to buy. Evenings and weekends very busy with people from all around.

The incharge Mr Verma is a forceful seller and rude with customers who come for exchange. Even the owner disregards when some customer gives a feedback. They also don't give any offers which brands give world wide. I strongly donot recommend this place. They enjoy the monopoly over the small market.

They just tell you this product is good this is not good. They dont even show products which are less in range they will right away start with products ranging from 800-900 and their salesman will try their best to convince you in buying those products. They show you all the high end products and thats it then they will make a bill of 8-9k. So please be careful while going in this shop.

Products and all are nice there but two times they added the price of one product twice in the bill which was not very satisfying. Overall its nice but they should take more care about the billing.

Komal arts isa place where they try to sell you the most irrelevant and the most expensive product, even if when we don't wanna purchase it. Moreover the customer dealing is very poor, the supervisor and the owner are very rude in case customer comes for exchange. Also, strategically they try to sell the most expensive products which are not purchased usually by customers. If there was 0 rating, I would have opted 0 for Komal Arts.

A good collection of cosmetics. But price is very high. Always charge as per MRP. Before purchasing, check online store price to save a good amount of your hard earned money. Yesterday I purchased 100 ml Indulekha hair oil. They charged 432 rupees (which is MRP). But I found the same on groffers for Rs. 366 and Rs. 320 +40 delivery charge on flipcart. I felt so bad going to New Komal Art, Acharya Niketan yesterday

By the way, I found most sales personnel, not properly wearing face masks, and that's a real concern to visit here during the ongoing covid pandemic! We weren't even subjected to body temperature check! All precautions gone to the dogs here!

A place with an old soul, all the beauty products of almost every affordable brand can be found here. Apart from that undergarments of different brands and various other knick knacks are available here. There has never been any complaint of quality.
