New Millenium Apartment

Been a month here, it's an absolute pathetic experience. It is very close to the airport, and has a plane taking off every single minute. The noise never stops, you just have to get used to it.

It is no way of living, avoid.

We stayed one year, this apartment, campus, amenities, ecosystem is very good.
Never take 631 flat on rent, owner tells all lies to vacate you just after two months of joining the house, visits everymonth to inspect house, bedrooms, kitchen eventhough you pay rent, dues regularly.

I am/was a visitor to this beutiful society several times. Located near dwarka expressway & having beutiful park adjacent/near it. The completely painted white gives it a very unique appearance. One can easily segregate/recognise/identify it from distance due to its unique whiteness{brightness}
It is sort of 'white house' of dwarka

The society's management appears to be worthy. Society is clean, security staff is alert & attentive, good lift/elevators. Society have table tennis & carrom facilities, have open badminton court & small little park.
Society have around 120 plus flats/families.

I came here to visit and stayed for a few days, then I came to know about the people of this, how good service they give, so I rate it 5 star You also come and see thank you

Space has become large after extension, but the whole flat need to be redone to make the right design.
Coming over flyover will pass through the main road and hence noisy.

Home is where you can view planes whizzing by while enjoying sunset view from your balcony# beware construction ongoing

The best. Whole society is like a home. Construction in full swing. People have patience and rate it after the completion.
10 stars would also be less.
