Great variety of school related stuff (bags, stationery items, umbrellas, etc) apart from good quality uniform and shoes

Personally I don't like this space.they provide low quality school dresses. Mostly out of stock.

They are selling fake products of Reebok. While selling they give a guarantee of complete product for six month. After 1month they refused for any guarantee or even they are not ready to show it to company because it's totally fake.

Extremely ill mannered and shameless staff specially those 2 old men at the billing counter. They will bill u instantly without even helping you out with alteration because that takes too much time here, 3 4 days minimum. And they nt return the product which was billed 5 minutes ago because their alteration takes time. Staff is largely uninterested in selling or listening to customers. Basically they are enjoying monopoly in paschim vihar area thats why they are so shameless. I would suggest people to go to jwala heri, tilak nagar where the attitude n work will be precise n speedy. Dont go to Sethi stores bhera enclave, its really very poor.

Staff a little Rude but still one can understand it's not that easy to handle so many customers at the same time.

Worst place to buy school uniforms

over crowded place. 1 single person for more than 10 customers.arrogant staff, least interested for sales.you have to stand in que at different counter for every single thing.long ques for billing, lack of arrangements by management. ZERO COVID PROTOCOLS.stupids like these people are responsible for rising covid cases.selling uniform of more than 50 schools in small place with full of idiots.better to shut off this place when u cant manage

All uniforms are very expensive and staff is very short and limited extreme rush there my suggestion please arrange more staff for inconvenient

Total mismanagement. If you have another option, avoid visiting it. Elese you will waste atleast 2 hours

The store is definetly a one stop shop for all school uniform and some of the stationary. They are there in the market for decades now. Price tag on a school's uniform is something we cant compare as manufacturing of a particular school's uniform is very very limited and as far as i know no brand caters to school uniforms segment. The store offer various stuff but in a comparatively small space.
Overall i rate the store as 4 star, deducting 1 star for the slow billing process specially peak time.

The man at billing counter is very rude sort to say for said senior citizen but he should be polite as the one he is talking to him in polite way

They are just waste people, they people even don't pick the call. You can't contact them.staff is just useless

Perfect place to get your back to school supplies and even uniforms; even if the school doesn't have have it, this shop has it. Be prepared to have your small kids demand everything in this shop! It has a dazzling variety of water bottles, bags, and other school supplies.

Reliable place to get school uniform and other accessories. Reliability comes for a little higher price though!

3 stars for the employees even the watchman of this shop EXCEPT THAT OLD MAN (Bald guy) who sits at the billing counter. So I went to Sethi Store and i was unsure of the exact type of school shoes for my child and this man so badly and rudely replied to me and which was totally unacceptable. Then i took a reference of a person who told me to visit this place thought he could explain better but this old guy refused and said that he doesn't knows him. I know one should always listen to both parties but the attitude of this man was so bad and rude. I wanted to speak to owner but he didn't let me talked to him and said that i should get the stuff form somewhere else without realising the fact i drove 8-9kms because someone gave me the reference of this shop. Is this the way one speaks to customers?

A message to owner if he is reading this review, that old guy maybe be one of your oldest employees but he is sitting out there with so much of frustration and arrogance. Do talk to your other employees who were at the scene and if they are honest they will give you correct and true narration of the whole situation.

Still i bought the shoes from same shop because that other young boy standing on the right side of counter literally apologized me on the mans behaviour. Thanks
