Went for checkup due to Engine Check Light. The problem was quickly found and the faulty wiring was repaired. Total time from entry to exit was about 1.5 hrs.
Yes! I will definitely recommend this service station if you're in dwarka or nearby places. They are capable to do general service to overhaul! The staff too is polite and understanding.
Absolute Disastrous and Dissatisfied with the Service of my Car. Most Unethical Uncooperative and Unsupportive behaviour of the staff and Centre head. Top of this when I escalated the matter to GM Mr Talwar and VP Mr Ajay Baweja, no help and Understanding received from them as well. Now I have escalated the matter to Corporate Office of Nexa Maruti and Consumer Helpline. Inspite of my multiple times Stating the issues after service. They are not ready to understand and resolve as per Customer Satisfaction. They are going on arguing. This is today. After drycleaning received 100% Wet Seat totally drenched, Minute Scratches and marks not removed and washed properly. Car smelling badly like a rotten egg or a dead rat. I am going to give my review on all social media handles and Tag to various people in this industry. And also write to their corporate office in Delhi. This center is looting the customers like anything. The reviews of mostly all customers is extremely bad. I will also be going to consumer court to fight for this loot of this service center. I have been forced to use public transport now for 2-3 days. Leave alone office, emergency or any travel.
Great place to get the maruti service and repars.highly motivated and supportive staff excellent hospitality. Ccm is professional and very helpful GM is very very supportive.
Nexa is just like the ordinary service centre. What’s point calling it Nexa when there is such bad management. Went there twice and had to come back without getting anything done. Mayapuri maruti service center is the best guy.
NOT SUGGESTED TO ANYONE I wish if I could give rating in negative for the worst experience that I had today in this pathetic service station. Totally time waste for my first service of Grand Vitara, they took 4.5hours just to wash the car, as this was the general checkup only. I reached there around 8: 45AM and then they were just kept moving around and asking me to sit in the waiting area. When I checked the car which is about to get the gate pass, it wasn't even washed properly from the sides, when I asked the manager to take the car back and wash it again he started explaining to me that it is your first service that is why you are so much concerned about the car after 10k KMS you won't even look at this.

Sir/madam, it is very unfortunate that you have neither communicated nor contacted me, now at this point, when I was not satisfied even disappointed with your services and given poor ratings for your service, then you started communicating with me. Even at the time of servicing of my vehicle, not even greasing done, battery terminals anti corrosion spray many much points not even touched. However, you have charged for Rs. 2,540/-, + 500/- for consumable items (where was consumable items used) Give the definition of LABOUR CHARGES, As I see only your servicing man open the hood and change the engine oil, is this labour charge. My friend has referred me to your servicing centre but I got highly disappointed by your worst servicing. Also I will project this matter with NEXA (SUZUKI) authorities.

Worst Experince in all total. Travel through out India and serviced many place but today it was worst then any were. There worker are thieves they have removed my fog lamp Bulb and they are arguing. Manager is not taking any responsiblity and in billing they will charge you non necessory things and General Manager is just busy in telling useless things. Not place to go for service will not recommend for service of car here.

Today i have visited this service station for servicing my car.bt there i have got too much horrible experience from nexa service staff including guard front desk no body is polite and all of them treated us in a very rudely manner and I have got an appointment for service of my car is 8.30 morning and tantatively time was given to me around 2-3 hrs and when advisor visited at my car he has told me that it will take around 5-6 hrs.is this the correct way and all of them are very rude so I dnt want to visit again there in future and my advice to all customers dnt visit this service station in future worst experience
The service center is worthless with unskilled technicians. My brand new car have started giving problems in transmission and drive post my 3rd service. These people are least bothered about customer care and when contacted could not resolve my problem. #marutisuzuki to help to resolve my issue

Worst service ever.took 2 days to service a car. The worst part is they promised to give car back the same day, but called around 6.30 pm that they cannot deliver it. I received my car next day around 7 pm. Body shop experience is even worst. You have to forget your car for atleast 1-2 weeks.
I recently serviced my car at Next sector -8 Dwarka. They said it will take 2 hours for servicing. But they took 4 hours. Reason was they do not attend customers first come first basis. Queue number which they give initially is just for show off. I have seen many cars which came after me were attended first. When I raised my concern and shown the truth then they serviced my car in just half an hour. Quality of servicing is very bad. They just done the work in hurry. Also, there is mis management for handling the task. For getting a bill I had to wait for half an hour because no one knows who will give me a bill and person who attended me was hardly attending me. Billing room was like a fish market. I do not recommend this place for servicing.
It was an ok experience for me, waiting time is a lot.
They used to add some unimportant things in their bills and you will find that actually you aren't getting those products or things for which they are charging. They do ok ok car wash, as i asked them to wash again coz my car wasn't cleaned properly from below.
Make sure while you are giving your car for the service, please check all the area and try to click pictures so that if you found and scretch or any tear in any part so that you can tell them.
A good thing is they will listen to your point and try to fix it. But for sure you have to be attentive to that.
Overall Good experience. Lounge facility, service incharge are well dressed and we'll behaved. Need to work more on to reduce the time taken till final handover.
Pls don't visit, you will not meet with ur expectation. This is worst service centre I have seen, no one will attend you for ur problems. Their charges r 10% higher then maruti Arina service centre. Paid service of my baleno at 20,000 km was pathetic. Not at all satisfied and no one checked or enquired post service whether it was satisfactory or not. I am very disappointed.
Procedures are very lax. Response system not proper. I had sent my vehicle 2nd time and was disappointed once again. They dropped my vehicle 2 hours after the promised time. Kept waiting as I had to go for urgent work but I couldn't get correct information.
Nice place and staff was good. Service centre do all type of repair and body work. Visited for repair work they did it on time. Suggest to visit on weekday to avoid long waiting time on saturday and sunday
I took my car for servicing. And it was a regular one. I get a call from the service advisor that steering needs replacement. I am sure no cars replace steering at 60K. Now the story of good rating started. Everyday I get a call from the service desk or the service manager that rate us excellent. If you can't diagnose the car properly and give me absurd advices, then u must be rated poor not excellent. The transparency and quality is lacking. Please stop pestering people to give you excellent rating. You need to improve a lot in professionalism and consumer care.
Quite ok as I visited on Sunday they should have at least 4 -5 Advisor but its was only 1 and they called us morning 8 'o' clock and thes rest Advisor came after 9 am which is again time waste of customers infact in Saturday and Sunday they should hv more Advisor as people are free on these day to get their car service
Pathetic experience, Specially, the service boy (SA LAlit) was good for nothing.he took 7 days to repair/change the ECM and finally said that he need more time but he can't commit how many more days.so, i finally took my car back from them, paid 5000 and they did not even washed the car and sent back. Finally, i went to an unauthorized/local service guy. He tool only 2 hours and fixed the issue in my car.so the lesson i learnt was these authorized service center (can't blame all) are good only to charge you higher money that too for changing engine oil, doing wheel balancing/alignment, filling distill water into battery, and other basic stuff that's it. Never ever go to them for any fault/problem in your car, they will just take your time, charge you money and make excuses day to day so that you yourself will ask them to return your car. The local service guys are far better and economic than these so called duffers working as SA.in such service center.
5 stars for the GM workshop, Mr. Atul Sharma for his customer friendliness, care and support. Don't miss saying hello to him, when you are there next time. Overall, all the staff here are helpful and caring.
My worst experience of car service at this Nexa service centre. The Service Adviser gave me appointment for 10 am in the morning. I went straight on time but he was not there. Waited for good 2 hours for him to show my car in the service. Finally he didn't came and an other person who has no knowledge about the issue with my car finally attended me. Poor Customer Service and Lack of Support is what I felt at this Nexa Service Center. Will not come back ever again.
One can get servicing of his Maruti vehicle from this authorized service center. Usually crowded during weekends and public holidays. Better to call and book a slot beforehand.
Well I liked this service centre by all means. Courteous staff and they are ready to.listen. Though some customer were trying to exploit the cushion given by Nexa to its customer as a polite service executives.
Well it was my first free service so I didn't find any issue everything was well done.
Only thing I want to highlight that it's very small in terms of area.
I handedover my car make Ciaz for service and for some specific work. And when I went and taken back my car I saw the work is complete but my car is not properly clean either by vaccume cleaner or otherwise and side interiors from inside was not cleaned at all. In result I did not find my car clean not only this when I came after service my elloy wheel was detached and run on road. That was also not checked. In total unsatisfied with service of car. Service engineer was Mr Satvinder Singh
The quality of service was not at all good. The cleaning machine thingy was broken, and they didn't clean the car well enough.in fact the cleaning was pathetic. There was dirt in all places that aren't visible at a glance, as if expecting the customers to not check properly. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that at least the waiting area is awesome. It has a free to use coffee machine, water, and even some lunch for those that need it. And magazines to keep you entertained while they don't wash your car properly
One of the most organised and ideally located Maruti Service station. Excellent team with commitment to improve. Good customer lounge and serve CCD tea / coffee FOC. I heard even lunch if delivery is post lunch. Thanx Mr Kuldeep
I made a mistake of visiting this place, rather fixing they made it worse so please avoid this work shop, they are extremely unhelpful except 1 or 2 staff all are egoist. By looking at photos of car below and what quality work they do, you would know them, avoid them
Damn good servicing. The Maas centre seems to be crooks compared to Nexa now that I have tried both. Only grouse was if the Nexa people could have atleast taken the courtesy to have my car washed before it was delivered
If you're going to make your customers wait for 30 mins just to get the job card open, then no thanks, I'll visit another service centre which treats customer with respect
2nd service, in which there is nothing special just the regular washing. All of your staff takes lunch break together, not in shifts unlike in most corporates, to keep the jobs going. You guys are doing award ceremonies in between. We customers are bound to watch it from the waiting room area. Is this the Nexa experience? One word pathetic.
And you know what the good news is, i need to wait another hour till you guys just wash my car. How nice.

Convenient location just beside sector 8 metro station. You can drop your car and can go home by metro. Customer lounge is beautiful. Customer friendly.
Worst service station, no care of your vehicle, during service they scratched on vehicle. Don't take responsibility. Don, 't clean vehicle from inside, left many spots inside n outside. Deserve No star.
I did not have very good experience. They dis not remove the stickers that were put on my car doors by election campaigning people. Also, the wax was not removed properly from the windshield, windows and mirrors. Basically I am not happy with the service.otherwise my car is only 1 year old and it didn't require much attention on engine etc... God knows what they must have done. However, last time I gave my car for servicing to naraina maruti service station - they were much better.
Hi vipin vashisth I got a new baleno zeta regarding service it was really excellent special Ms Nisha was very helpful n service provided by dem was great n really appreciated will visit soon.
