It was wonderful to take the services of NexGen Market Research. They have a professional approach in project implementation, execution, and coordination. I liked the way the research team is working. Understanding the concept was remarkable.

Pathetic work ethics - totally unprofessional - Fraudulent practices.
Hired them for a market research project in 4 cities. They promised to get the project finished in a month. After 4 months it's not finished yet. They don't have any team. They hire freelancers and agencies to work on projects that they get and then screw up big time because they don't give proper briefs to them. No project management ethics are followed. They don't QC the data at their end at all. We caught that 100% data from one city was fraud. First they didn't accept and then later said they'll re do it. But they obviously just modified the data themselves and gave back again (we could see that by comparing it with old data and 3-4 calls to the survey & interview respondents). All we expected was them to follow and deliver that they themselves promised. My simple suggestion - do not hire them!
