NIKE

Visited the store on 13.02.2024 at 5: 30pm. The staff was very busy amongst themselves - talking on the phone, shouting instructions to each other and fussing about some inventory delivery. Out of the 4 salespersons hanging out in the store, not one was well informed or knowledgable. The one female salesperson who did try to assist me had no idea about sizes or fits - she kept insisting on how L was the largest size she had and could not provide any solution for bigger sizes online or for arranging them from another store. I was informed that Nike Air shoes are good for running but they could not explain the technology of the shoes or how they were better than Adidas or any other brand, other than to tell me that "Air" was written on them. The staff was unprofessional, ill informed and overall led to a terrible experience, resulting in no sale.

Shoes are good. But they don’t provide a bill. I’ve bought two pairs in the past month. First time they said they’ve stopped giving hard copy bills and it will reach me by WhatsApp. Then some days ago, for the second pair, again they didn’t give a bill, and said that the shoes are not yet in the stock, so they can’t provide a bill. And they will do so as soon as they are uploaded into the stock. It’s a little weird, they are charging all the taxes. Both shoes I’ve got are from new stocks and not on sale. But otherwise experience is good, they aren’t pushy and the product seems authentic. They should provide proper bill with warranty or other terms that manufacturer provides. Otherwise, what’s the point of a brand doing organized retail. Might as well sell on the footpath.

I had bought a very expensive shoe from this store and while I tried returning them I asked them to do so and later they provided me with some random link where they would help me exchange the product. Unfortuntly my request was declined and I have been putting mails since a month to Nike to kindly accept my issue and exchange the product. The whole logo has been coming out and I have been using Nike shoes since years and this never had been an issue and suddenly has happened

The problem with the store is the lack of inventory for certain sizes. I've an UK11 size feet and they literally had one pair of shoes in black colour. Also the location on the map is of an old store which is closed now, new location is on the other side of the road. And it's not like an one time problem, seems like their stock for anything above UK9-10 is always limited. I would suggest to visit Factory outlets for more options.

Unbelievably rude to customers! Bought an expensive shoe that I had to return because the size wasn’t optimal- had not used it at all but still they refused to take it back even after offering to buy something more expensive. Customer executive saying ‘ this is not my relatives Shop’ took the cake. Never going back there ever.
