Technician's don't want to work, If there is a problem which is rare and they have faced it for the first time they will not agree to it and will just tell this problem can't occur please do this in front of me.
Hello Nikon your work is to take the camera and put it on diagnosis instead of asking coustmer to make the camera malfunction in front of them and if there is a problem they don't know about they will just say might be it's motherboard is damaged what's wrong going on it's just 3 years you guys are just useless to a company who really want's to grow in this market

The staff here is very kind and helpful. A gentleman at the reception helped me with my issue and gave me tips on how to ensure that it doesn't get repeated.

So basically it's located in IT park and far from Delhi and it's on the road so easily accessible. I didn't like the service though. There was an issue with tripod mount of my camera nikon d7500 and that small part was not available there that means it is not available anywhere in India. What kind of company which doesn't have a small part costing 300 doesn't have in India and needs to import it from outside!
And the charges for camera cleaning and other things are pretty higher.

One of the finest service center of Delhi, with such a prompt service and their charges are reasonable. And they repaired my Nikon DSLR camera so well.

This center stole my eyepiece from the camera when I gave it for servicing and denied it later on. Please avoid this center for your repairs. Chor Hain saale.

You can purchase any of camera of Nikon here but i Didn't get charger of My camera Nikon D5600.
Very helpful staff but you should have camera also

Nikkon is selling cameras with faulty batteries, hence not giving any warranty on accessories. Bought Nikon Camera 5-6 months back and batteries were faulty since beginning. It was not giving any backup and from last month, it stopped charging completely. Went to Nikon only to know that they don't offer any services on accessories.

Great place for start learning Photography basis to advance level, they charge less and give very useful tips n trick for improve Photography. Great place for beginners.

Nikon india service centre.is situated on the main road, hv car parking facility but always full, Bike can be park easily, karol bagh metro station is also near by.

Staff desk are very supportive. They charges Rs 300 for inspection of product.

Hi I’m a tourist and had issues with my Z7. Made a quick trip to the Nikon centre and they helped me immediately. 10 stars. Saved my last day in delhi. So helpful and they taught me a thing or two about my camera!

Please don't take purchase suggestion or accessories purchase help from here. They will suggest you to purchase the battery from chandini chowk. Please dont go for the purchase. Duplicate item given from the suggested location too.

I attended a basic photography workshop there. It was very informative and I learnt do many things about digital photography.

Nice and excellent camera store in Delhi. They are very helpful and hospitality. It's very convenient to reach by metro. Get down ar Karol Bagh metro station and three to four minutes walk. It is in front of metro pillar no 120. Good luck for people.

It has been an awesome experience with Nikon School. I have seen lot of videos on YouTube to learn. I'm not going to compare it but trust me once you do it practical, concepts will be more clear. Special thanks to trainer "Pratyush", who really helped us to understand a lot of things in less period of time. He has to extend an hour for queries. Staff nemebers are awesome and very helpful. Waiting for another session.

Best place and representatives are awesome in behaviour.prise is tooo high but if u want better service you have to pay this.i tried to convince them to do some private atuff to my damaged camera but integrity was high on them and the reflectivly denied.awesome.

But pla dont ever clean and waste money.not always fungus would the couse just trap to earn some money

I visited the place to attend a training workshop on Basics of DSLR. The training as well as the place was very good.

I went there for service of my Nikon camera. Service team was prompt and attended me well. I was completely satisfied with the servicing of the camera.

Visit here ONLY if you're camera is in warranty. Pathetic place with pathetic technicians. I would have never bought Nikon if I had known about it's after sales service. They charge exorbitantly high amount for repairs. And there is a good possibility that they'll make the camera worse as it happened in my case.
