Nirula's Dwarka

First of all the Central Mngt Service of NIRULAs MUST update information on the various platforms.
2 to 3 outlets we went to were closed.
Dwarka Outlet is not at the place as it shows on the map.
On Call no given for support, people do not know, where outlets are, they onlybelread the address provided on the net.
It took us almost 1hr to find out the outlet.
Employees there told us, that we have given this feedback but no one listens to us.
I think that a the reason why outlets are closing down.
There were 8 employees in the small outlet but they could not stop a lady walking out as she wanted a quick sandwich, which they said will take min 7 to 8 min.
This shows what kind of training is imparted to them.
Products. Ice creams are great. But do you really want to sell them? I seriously doubt.

Simply loved it. Good varieties of ice creams. Tried chocolate brownie fudge it was great. They have also the option of momos pizza burger.

There were so many varieties and the ice creams were just as good. Loved it
Also try bubble gum flavour, it's worth it.

Worst Burger ever had in my life. Never ever try it. They are only average in Ice cream and shakes. If we report to food authorities then this joint will be sealed.

Never use their website to order. I order at 1.18 they called me at 2 to reconfirm my order. Again at 2.20 to inform me what I order is finished so I changed to something else. It's 3.01 I am still waiting for my order.only mistake I did I paid them in advance. I am not sure what will be the quality also.

In Dwarka sec 10 small outlet of nirulas ice cream.
So we tried 2 ice cream here choco chip and red velvet both are awesome in taste totally worth it. I'm become fan of red velvet. Must try you'll love it.

Restaurant arbitrarily shuts it's online ordering. Not advisable to order takeaway from this branch.

Not a good place to get your ice cream as the staff is very rude. It's an franchise outlet thus not treating customer very well. Asked for valentines cake but staff responded in a very rude manner & stating upfront that he don't know where it will be available.

It is a small outlet but do not judge it by the size of the shop. The taste of all the ice cream flavors available were great. They were delicious. I would personally recommend the choco chip mint (you can obviously taste it before ordering). From the menu, the hot chocolate fudge is a great choice. Strongly recommended the hot chocolate fudge. Overall the place is great and with trying.

The flavors are always always great. Best icecreams ever. Most delicious flavors. N pure milk, no eggs etc.

A small ice cream parlour which can be easily visible from the main road. Tried black current in a waffle cone. It was nice! Offers a wide variety of ice creams — tub or cone! Two types of cones — waffles and the normal one. They said they are gonna upgrade it to pizza section as well. Polite staff!
