Pathetic in terms of customer handling. Receptionist has no idea on when dr is coming or on leave. She wasted my 3 days for an important ultasound.useless staff.

Update on recent visit: went for the ultrasound tonight and first time encountered the most pathetic radiologist Dr. Yogesh Kaushik. First he has no manners to talk with a pregnant women. He is such an egoistic person and talks to patients in a rubbish manner. He just wants to prove himself that he is right and even wants to hear 'sorry' from patients. Even if someone has come in a right mood, he will spoil it by his attitude. He exploded on us on a small issue of not bringing doctor reports, which no one asked us to bring and he explained nothing about ultrasound findings. We asked the staff about bringing the reports and they also denied it. I really don't recommend going to him. He is very arrogant.

Small place not so clean like other mri facilities. And they have no option for payment by card. Only cash and paytm, phone pay etc.options are available.

One of the big names in Yamuna vihar. One of the ultrasound centre where we can avail services of ultrasound in evening also.

I did a call for enquiry and response was not good. They are not replying proper ans if they can not response on call so I don't think so they will behave or provide a good service.

This diagnostic centre make wrong reports my mom CT scan done from here CT scan written report show any results and CT scan film show any other results and this diagnostic centre don't show the organ size in investigation this diagnostic centre reporting is very poor

It is the best mri center located in yamuna vihar, delhi. The doctors are really good and staff too.

Staff is not good even they dont know the appoinment meaning. Everytime i faced problems and quarrels with staff.i already paid advance for the appoinment for a particular time but i had to wait for my no.staff is not behaving good and work in an unapropriate manner and i face quarrels most of the time.

I only came for the dr. Shashank jain (sonographist) he is the best sonographist and very polite nature.the way he treat, the way he examined its best. Mri and ct reports also good and correct
but the front staff is not good they have to learn the commnuication skills and how to behave with patient or a customer.
