Niswarth works for the betterment of our environment. I worked here as a Video content creator and it has been an enlightening experience. The work culture is very smooth and they have healthy job culture. The people I worked with here are quite creative and very coordinating. I have been working as a graphic design intern at Niswarth for four months now. Before I knew it, my tenure was already over. I have met new wonderful people in these past months. I have learned a lot from them and grown as a person. The people I worked with were no different from me. All my colleagues here are college students on their first internship. I have learned new perspectives and gained friendships here. It was a good experience overall, especially for the first light internship. Even if we messed up a little, everyone's ready to help out at any given time. I thank the whole team for this splendid experience.

I worked at 'Niswarth' as an HR Drafting intern and the experience was really overwhelming. EXPERIENCE WITH THE ORGANISATION

This internship gave me the learnings and experiences for a lifetime that will help me further. It shaped my personality by allowing me to adapt to situations, it changed the way I deal with people, and how I face issues.

Thanks to the experience of 4 months which brushed up my skills in graphic designing and communication. It also allowed me to broaden my horizon and perspective in terms of creation and visualization. The team here is so supportive and communicative by having an open network where one can even discuss matters outside work. It makes one feel inclusive and mattered which can be tough for a new intern. The initiative that is being taken forward by NISWARTH is tremendous for the environment and hopefully grows on multiple scales ahead.
Thanks to these wonderful experiences, I developed skills that I didn't have, and that I didn't know I could have.

I got to learn a lot of new things about how content creation, how an organisation works, etc. Everyone at Niswarth is very friendly and helpful.

My co-ordinator's constant feedback and guidance helped me create better content constantly and taught me how to be more patient, attentive, selfless, humble, impartial, and creative.

Niswarth was one of the best experiences I had. I have learnt a lot, like working in a team, people skills and interpersonal skills. Niswarth gave me an amazing opportunity to work as a research intern. It gave me a glimpse of the professional world.

I have been interning for last 4 months with this exceptionally well performing NGO namely, *"Niswarth- The Selfless"* Initially I was a little apprehensive about interning, but this organisation completely changed my mind. I started volunteering for Niswarth from August 2020. The most important and favourite part here are the volunteers, they all are super talented, amazing and humble. Here I also got the opportunities to lead, research and coordinate. As an organisation Niswarth is well established and most importantly very supportive. I learnt a lot here and still learning. One of them is how work is distributed and planning of tasks.

I have worked with Niswarth and as the name suggests here everybody works selflessly towards the betterment of the society. Team Niswarth works with the spirit of altruism and unity. This group is so good which thinks about other one as well because this doesn't happen now a days and gained lots of knowledge about food what to intake and what not to take so its helpful for the people who are not aware of it and Niswarth help everyone in basic basic things which we dont look up now a days like motivation video, workout video, caring of pets whether own or wild its been a nice time with all and I am glad that I worked with Niswarth

I was a project coordinator at Niswarth the selfless in project Annshaili. It was a great experience working with the great team of Ngo as well as the volunteers. My project head was very supportive. She helped me throughout the project. NGO helped me in gaining more and more knowledge. Niswarth helped in making me more aware about the environment and protecting the environment and taking important steps in daily life to protect environment from pollution, global warming etc. I have also applied some of the learning in my day to day Life.
