He is fraud in commitment. Gave unrenovat flat and then charge you for the same. Very much manipulative. Pretend they do care but show threat in providing. Family and bachelor's both are not safe to get floor from them. Flat shown in pictures in good condition but physically not. I am not here to show off to write this but concern for them who are going to live very frustrating life.
