Ms. Deepa Gupta and the Nitsa Holidays team flawlessly arranged our Bali vacation. Their constant availability and gracious approach ensured a smooth and delightful trip. Had a terrible experience. Poor planning of Dubai trip, lot of sight seeing locations were skipped, last day was totally wasted. Hotel was dingy and in a very congested location. Poor hotel services, no restaurant. Pickup for airport was skipped on the last day, had to arrange own pickup.
Money wasted.
Won’t advise others to book a trip thru them

Very poor service and fake commitments everywhere.
I travelled to Dubai with them but they didn’t provided me any service post taking entire payment in advance.
We took private transfers from them but pissed us off in every transfer with delayed pick up every time.

Their staff members stop reverting messages post taking payment.

Avoid them.

I made my booking with Nitsa Holidays agent Pooja Gupta to Andaman.
I got a reasonable deal and the overall experience was great. The taxis and hotels were booked and manged well.
Pooja Gupta was really professional in her approach, made a wonderful itinerary, and made the experience seamless.

These are fraudsters with no customer grievances
In the name of cancellation charges they minted 40k from us and never offered any refunds for a trip we did not take. Plus on asking proofs if any vendors have been paid they turned a blind eye.
Sick way of using people's hard earned money to add to your kitty.

It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark.

Fraudsters! Beware of this travel agency
They have no customer grievance policies, running a scam in delhi openly. Minted 40k in the name of cancellation charges for a trip we did not take due to medical emergency. Even after informing more than a month before they did not give a refund, and had no proofs of any vendor payments made at their end. Criminal charges must be levied against such fraudsters and shut their shop immediately.

I had such a great time in Thailand. I booked my package with nitsa holidays. Everything was on time and our trip went very smoothly. We enjoyed a lot during our stay there.

Had a great trip to Dubai, all things managed properly n got a proper assistance when needed.wonderful trip by Nitsa Holidays, Mr Wasim helped n arrange all the things properly, ll sure to plan my another trip soon with Nitsa. Thnx

At the time of booking their coordination was good, but when we reached at the destination no coordinator was provided, everything was disorganized, even hotel was not aware that they have our bookings. Even schedule made for airport pick and drop was worst.

We had booked 4N &5D Singapore Trip with NITSA TRAVEL, We had gone 2Adults with 3yr kid ,for Enjoying our Kid Summer Break .From the day 1 We reached Singapore they made our TRIP HELL , when we reached at Airport the cab driver came late 1hr after that also he made us waited there. On the same day in evening their DRIVER left us at the HOTEL we waited him at Lobby from so long but he left us and after that the company and the Singapore travel agent start blaming us only.

Their Management with Singapore Team was really Worst , and their Singapore team which they hired is Highly RUDE they don’t send the Cab Details we had to follow up him like anything Our Whole TRIP IS RUINED just because we are only doing follow up with the India Team and Singapore Team. Worst Part was their Driver refused to sit us in the cab , the cab details they sent that driver never came we have to rush here and there and to call everyone for up and down to the Destination.

After they had RUINED our TRIP their SO CALLED Company CO-FOUNDER’S / DIRECTOR’S / SALES & MARKETING MANAGER’S “ NITIN SINGLA & SAPNA GARG” GOD knows how many positions they are holding in company you can imagine how small company is this , and when we asked why so then he started comparing himself with PRIME MINISTER they are the RUDEST PERSON I had Ever Seen on EaRTh. First they Provoke you to misbehave with them and after that say PLZ DON”T mail us if you do not use good Language. NOT to feel apologize rather they are arguing us like anything and after taking Payment they say DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO.

Just Because of MR AKSHAY GUPTA our Agent we had booked the TRIP he has So nicely explained everything and listening to our calls during the TRIP but don’t come under influence of him because their company Director’s doesn’t Listen to him so no USE of his HELP.

I REQUEST TO EVERYONE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T EVER book a trip with them they are TOTALLY fraud and RUINED your TRIP like anything . MY biggest mistake that I had gone through the Reviews but didn’t Trust and Booked a HELL from them. Their all POSITIVE Reviews are FAKE and if you talk their Negative reviews they saying check the Positive reviews they say take the happy customer’s number but all are fake and Pre planned.

In the Profile they Wrote 50,000 Satisfied Customer’s WoW what a Lie , their Total reviews was only “699 “ and Just Dial 967 and Mouthshut 607 and in that 2,273 reviews there are lots of Negative review also there and where is that 47,727 Satisfied CUSTOMER’s? but the TRUTH is Their CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is -0.00%. They Don’t bother about their Customer’s.

Apart from that we had a Long story how MENTALLY they tortured us during the TRIP and after the TRIP we have all the chat details and Mails if anyone wants to speak to us KINDLY mail us at

I had taken Honeymoon package for Maldives Tour from them. Tour was totally amazing and excellent. Everything was well Pre-Planned and on time like, Ferry transfers etc. Hotels properties was also so good.

Worst experience with the travels. The drivers assigned by travels are the worst. The cordinator person from the travels is not even responding to the issues we were facing in out trip of Kerala. Worst travels, do not recommend them at all

My honeymoon trip to Dubai was awesome with Nitsa holidays. My travel agent was Simran, through the entire trip she was in touch. Despite few problems with hotel accepting our bookings, Simran did all the possible arrangements on moment.

I booked my travel with Nitsa Holidays and got in contact with Mr. Rahul Rawat. He helped me figure out multiple options for a mid budget travel, helped and guided me through various travel related documents and tips. After finalising on a package, i was handed over a booking Id for my travel along with local speedboat transfer details.
During my travel, Rahul was always in touch and ensured that I was updated with the latest details of COVID regulations as well as if i had comfort in my trip.
