Nis hospital is very nice hospital, good Docters thank you Dr sujothi madam and Dr Durgesh sir s nis hospital team good service I am a very happy. Thank you.

I think the all faculty of this hospital are moneny minded. I was went 3 time and feel more disappointed all time.even doctor refer to unwanted test only for money those test not releted to patients all for only money and they always try to admit patient for making money even he come with minor problem. I recommend to all you should go a government hospital others then hospital there you get more good service comparisbly nks.

Except DR. U. N Shahi rest is worst. An ICU means to treat the critical diseases.but they dont have basic facilities available on sunday like ULTRA SOUND, XRAY REPORTS AND BASIC BLOOD TEST bit they are higher than Ganga Ram and Apollo hospital. I have to choose only due to Dr. U. N Shahi as he is the best doctor I came to know.

So if your patient is critical dont choose this. In ICU the staffs are busy in having rather than observing the paitent.

Pathetic experience in discharging for patient which took 5hrs and rude behaviour from deepali services

Floor coordinator is very cooperative and nursing staff is good.all services excellent and best care of patients.

My mother was admitted at this hospital under CGHS panel and just for the sake of their own profit, they didn't give my mother discharge till 13 days. That too, when my mother's condition wasn't that much severe. After that, when my mother got fever, we took her again there and they admitted her for this pity reason just because we have CGHS card. And now, it's been 5 days and they are not telling us when will she be discharged. They don't even tell properly what are the illnesses and how is she recovering. Just a doctor come, does his duty and signs the sheet.

Very poor services. Extremely disappointing. My dad had to suffer so much, would never recommend anyone to come here. Worst hospital ever. All these reviews online are not real. People are so annoyed by their services and staffs. The doctors never came on time, the ultrasound reports or any other reports never came on time. The management is too poor but yes on the time of making the bill, they are going to charge you such a hefty amount and that too with zero improvement in the health of the patient.

Management is well and the PRM department is well growing department in nks hospital very good convience staff.

The hospital staff were very cordial. Admission and discharge processes were smoothly completed. Dr U N Shahi and Dr. Rahul Khanna were very calm and prompt at diagnosing the disease and treatment. Hospital's food was good and staff was concerned about the patient's choice.
Dr Chattwal was very helpful and Public Relationship officer, Ms Sikha was was very humble and efficient. Overall we had a good experience with the hospital.

Very poor experience. Poor service. Charge huge amount but no results. Very disappointing staff. Zero cooperation. Nill understanding. Super rude staff and doctors. Would never recommend anyone. Take undue advantage of emergencies.

Guys it’s upto you it’s your money either you want to waste or if you want treatment, they raised a bill for just 9 days more than 4 lakhs which is not bad if a person is treated well. They made condition worst. On urgent basis i have to take my uncle to different hospital and in that hospital i got to know that there are things which the made worst. Now one more thing story doesn’t ends here while i was doing final billing extra doctor charges were there on arguing with same they deleted that charges and now one more thing they have bouncers as well and when you try to argue they try to throw you out from hospital! Don’t trust me? Visit once and find yourself why there’s a need pf bouncers at hospital! Giys life is so important don’t go here! I wish i could give zero stars to them

Wasn't giving it even a single star but had to write something I had to give. Their services aren't even worthy of a single penny and they charge a hefty amount for their services. The hospital is kinda a looting mechanism or a part of medical mafia. Would suggest not to go there even for a fever. The worst hospital I have ever seen in my entire life. The hospitals in tier 3 or even villages are far better than this so called super speciality hospital

Sheer negligence, unhygienic surrounding and extremely rude staff- are some of the great things that the hospital has to offer to the patients and their families. There is huge difference in what they claim to be and what they actually offer. Had a family member admitted in the hospital for at least a week. Each day his health deteriorated and all that we heard from the medical team was we can’t say much and next few days are crucial. Finally, we had to shift to other hospital where the root cause was diagnosed well in time and we got the right treatment. Would advise everyone not to be fooled by the hospital’s tall claims, as all they do is make money out of someone’s misery. If one questions back the same, all they do is bully you with their security staff.

How should i even start, worst experience here, the staff is non-cooperative, the doctors here don't know about their responsibilities they are having and does not respect the same, they made the patient's situation even worst and the hospital charged the 4lakhs for 9days and didn't even attended the patient the way they should.
Please consider it as a worst hospital telling you from my own experience. We shifted to another hospital and now they told us the reality of the case, how the situation was going bad day by day and they didn't even diagnose on the actual problem. God helped us and Now the patient is recovering and healthy in another hospital.
This hospital is totally waste of money and efforts.

The doctor appointment online system message should indicate details of doctor and time of appointment.

Very poor system in laboratory like sample collection and report collection. Laboratory staffs are lack of basic knowledge. They don't care about patients time.

I am consulting Dr. J. P. Singh for knee and back problem in OPD. He is an experienced and investigative doctor. His brilliant treatment deserve immense thanks and appreciation. He listens so patiently and focus on giving results right from the first visit. I really found him one of the best doctor in orthopedic and have recommended others in need too. Physiotherapy unit is also great. Staff is so helpful and polite. Reception staff is a bit inexperienced.

Expert treatment and patient care is the top priority of this hospital. The doctors and other staff are professional and polite. I felt well taken care of and came home recovered and smiling. Thank you to each one at NKS hospital.

It was Good being in the hospital.the service they have provided has been excellent.surroundings and atmosphere around the hospital was good.

I got vaccinated in the hospital, the staff was very nice, the vaccination room was clean and tidy. I had a very good experience. Thank you!

Extreme negligence at the hospital. Not even a proper treatment. Patient attendant had to say doctor to do this treatment. The doctors don't even know whether the patient got the plasma therapy or proper medications. I would advice not to opt for any treatment at the hospital, they are just making bills. They discharged all the patient without intimating them before time for attendants to do arrangements in such a horrible situation where supplies are out of hands. They are responsible for many patient condition.

Giving wrong information about ICU meeting, security starts fighting, bloody hospital in case of security and communication.giving them (-5) points

I had a very good experience with this hospital. I must say this hospital is so good that 3 members of my family got completely cured from corona in this hospital. In other words I can say that God lives in NKS hospital gulabi bagh. My naphew was diagnosed with corona and high diabetes. The time he was admitted, he was quite serious and chances of his survival was rare. But with the great treatment in NKS by Dr. U N Shahi, Dr Ankush Jain, Dr Shama Khurana and all other nursing staff, he recovered fully and on 12th days he was discharged.
I strongly recommend this hospital for others. Once u are there, u can be sure of best treatment. Thanks to all the medical and nursing staff for taking good care of my naphew.

Visited hospital for eye check up many times but doctor was not available. I thought it might be just coincidence. On third visit doctor meet and as per there consultancy and advices i found doctor (retina specialist) has lack of knowledge and scarcity of experience because he was not able to diagnose it properly and told other diseases instead of actual issue.
And one thing broke my heart is that they are just looting people by referring patients to there private clinic by saying they have lack of facility at NKS hospital. I request the board members and directors to please check it and don't allow such doctors and staff from defaming the name of trust NKS.
My experience is very bad with retina specialist (don't want to name doctor as a benefit of doubt may be it was just me who got bad experience with doctor so can't say anymore on it). Staff is also not trustworthy because they don't provide proper information to patients like timings and are not friendly at all because once you pay fee they forgot that you still there. May be staff mood was not good coincidentally but this is what I experienced with staff.
I know running a hospital cost high bills and need strong financials but should not be done in the name of fake humanity and trust. I request Directors and board members must check internals of hospitals.
You can visit here for treatment but don't expect highly professional Doctor or staff.
I would like to say sorry if I wrote something wrong but this is what I gone through.

Fraud. My grand mother spent 10 days here and developed bed sores and mouth sores from low level care and negligence on behalf of medical staff. This hospital seeks to rob patients by over administering tests, without providing accurate readings or interpretations. They will also insist on using their own pharmacy, after prescribing mandatory medication to patients and then the nurses don’t actually use them, but send them back to the pharmacy. This hospital is a total scam and many other reviewers have bad experience there. Do not opt for this hospital.

Not satisfied, over all staff is not coperative specially reception staff is not humble to talk. They are so slow to provide in there medical and other services
