Dr Pawan is a very bad doctor. He complicated my case and I have to go through another surgery again. He is not a skilled doctor and hospital should not allow him to perform any surgeries.

Ridiculous hospitals never go there.
All doctors are totally unskilled, personality cult behaviour, intention of making money by the unfair means of cheating like sending patients for medical tests where doctors get much more commissions.
No rules and regulations to consultant the doctors, doctor is busy in watching mobile and short videos and his subordinates are prescribing the patients without listening the whole problems, matters go worse when you go every next time to meet the doctor you see the subordinates of doctor have been changed and totally new and naive as well as nonsense so called junior doctors are sitting and spitting on one other verbally in front of many patients prescribing you in Farsi script without knowing your current situation of disease. Every time when you visit the doctor lots of naive stupid junior doctors taking advantage of learning on you and your diseases, they should come together for learning instead all come one by one and take learning on you it is very painful and deteriorating your problems multiple times, They don't care about your treatment but unnecessary and very wrong way doing practical on you. They are intentionally creating extra problems for the patients and their relatives.
He doesn't have a little bit knowledge how to treat simple wound of rectus.
Verry painful and time wasting treatment by unprofessional & unskilled doctor.
All doctor are. All doctors have unnecessary attitudes and great show off and most important thing they are the real parasites of Indian railways.

One of the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life there is no staff to check patient and doctor are not good.

Ridiculous staff and doctors when it comes to compassion and etiquette. Management is similarly very intolerable, I've no idea why they are kept there when they act like they are not doing work on their will. Only good thing is, cleanliness. So kudos to cleaning staff at least.

Lines are too big and there is just a single member for providing the token.
It's just pathetic and exhautic.

A big and well-equipped hospital with all infrastructure, doctors, and neat clean premises.

रेल कर्मचारियों तथा उनके आश्रित परिवार जनों के लिए, यह हॉस्पिटल किसी वरदान से कम नहीं, यहां के डॉक्टर मृदुभाषी तथा अपने कार्य क्षेत्र में विशेष पहचान रखते हैं। यहां की साफ सफाई आप को आश्चर्यचकित कर देगी, यहां के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार बहुत ही अच्छा है, मरीज की समय-समय पर अच्छी देखरेख होती है। कैंटीन का खाना मरीज के स्वास्थ्य को ध्यान रखते हुए डॉक्टर के परामर्श अनुसार बहुत ही अच्छी तरीके से बनाया जाता है। बेड के तकिए और चादर रोज धुले हुए मुहैया कराए जाते हैं।

I have been to Hospital not been to canteen, hospital is well maintained and good care of patient is done, my bua is at 80+ yrs got her gallblader with stone removed and she is quite stable till now, very much thankful to railway hospital staff

It is 2nd large railway hospital in central delhi near shivaji stadium and connought place. It is only for railway employees. It is free for all railway employees. Very well maintained like private hospitals. This hospital also preferred private hospital for any other health check up but not charge any fee.
Almost all paperwork is online if you have any doubts reception desk is also available.
If you have any health issues, please feel free to check up your body.

Very good hospital, very neat and clean, all type of treatment available here, this hospital play very important role during COVID.

My mother admitted there in emergency.its one of the largest hospital in delhi for railway employees. There is only one machine for blood testing. The patients admitted in emergency have to wait for 5_6 hours to get the blood reports. After that doctor will decide the fate of the patients. Veey pathetic

It's all ok & good hospitality here, helpful staff and doctors even all type of medicines are available.

Worst staff I have ever experienced, spl in orthopaedic, no one is there is to even listen to patients, just tell what they want to and try to divert it's small centers.

Long queues everywhere and no proper arrangement anywhere. Maximum staff here is arrogant and rude. No respect even for senior citizens. Yes, no respect for senior citizens. No one is there to listen the grievances of patients. For CAT scan, for PET scan, for MRI for Radiation and for so many other medical procedures they refer to other private empenelled hospitals. Here in this hospital nothing is to be appreciated. Totally a third class hospital with very basic facilities only. ZERO, RUBBISH AND THIRD CLASS.

In new UMID card, the option for selecting dispensary/ hospital has been given to pensioners, even then the senior citizen pensioners are harassed for referral slips, which is NOT possible for senior citizens pensioners.

If someone tries to meet Medical Director, the PA and security persons treat very rudely.

Yes NRCH Building renovation is on progress but required specialist doctors in relevante filed and 2 &3 year ago IVF rooms place allotted but yet not started IVF facility no IVF Doctors

I am visited this hospital many times.
Not a good service provider.
Amd they are taking to much time for registration after that senior doctor are not available at the opd.so I am facing problems with this not any complain id so that I can complain about this thing

Worst hospital in india. The doctors are just giving training to new recruits. If you want to worsen the critical case of patient, go to this hospital, they will push the patient to death as soon as possible. The officer lady in casuality dont know how to talk to patient and she does not even know the meaning of word "emergency". In my experience most of the doctors are just getting lavish salary package from government but does not want to give efforts to save the patients from death. They do not even realise that the patients those are coming to hospital are the source of the employment for their job. If they dont exist, this hospital was never required. Only infrastructure cant change the attitude of doctors, moral responsibility and interest to save patients is needed. Only go to this hospital if you have basic medical problem. They cant handle or treat critical cases. I have lost my closed one here, I am just writing this to help someone from losing his/her closed one.

No need to previous registration for covid vaccination, but try to come before 3pm.
The staff is very polite, I'm thankful to the whole vaccination team.

Very arrogant and rude medical staffs. Even some doctors are rude. Some medical staffs/doctos are literally very well behaved but some are very mannerless and don't know how to talk with patient. A young doctor which has curly hair is very mannerless. His language is very Rough. HE TALKS VERY RUDELY WITH AGED PATIENTS. A male nurse in emergency ward should be punished because of his arrogance and rudeness. He is a frustrated guy. He speaks very sarcastic. SHAME ON THAT DOCTORS/MEDICAL STAFFS WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK AND BEHAVE WITH PATIENTS. I have visited others Railway Hospitals in others cities as well but the I didn't seen the rude behavior as of this hospital staff yet.

इस हॉस्पिटल के वार्ड का स्टाफ बिल्कुल भी काम नही करता । नर्स हो या सफाई वाली किसको पेशेंट की कोई परवाह नही है । सरकार से अनुरोध है कि अस्पताल के स्टाफ को प्राइवेट किया जाए ताकि बेहतर इलाज मरीज को मिल सके ।

Not professional. After death of patient to get Death Certificate is real pain. Nobody guides u properly. Their Provisional Death Certificate not accepted by Bank. If everything is Aadhar linked then why patient family has to suffer.

Till now, I've visited ENT, Psychiatry, Covid OPD, Orthopaedics and Physiotherapy department here. So, I think I'm quite able of writing this.

You can't visit this hospital directly even if you've your UMID card with you. They say this is a referral hospital.
So, you've to get a signed referral letter from your nearest railway dispensary every time you want to visit this hospital's OPD. (The only exception made here was Covid OPD)

Pros I've observed so far: -
1) Infrastructure
You hardly get to see such a building with ample parking space in Railway Hospitals

2) Connectivity
Location of the hospital is quite prime and transit by Metro or bus is really feasible

3) Having multiple departments
Again, quite versatile if compared to other railway hospitals
From IVF Centre to Oncology to many more

4) All the tests run and meds provided here are free of cost.

And cons I've dealt with this far: -
1) Very poor management skills
The support staff will support you by making you wander to ten different places to get a petty thing signed

The workload here was never divided properly into its heirarchy

2) Hardly any empathy and compassion towards patients
Some of the doctors really don't know how to talk to a patient

3) Credibility of the doctors
I was advised by 3 doctors of the same department about my injured knee from developing arthritic conditions to having a torn meniscus that will eventually need a sugery to get it fixed to an another doctor who told me to jump on the same leg as nothing was wrong.

They don't even communicate with one another about the same patient as I was being told, "I don't know what the other doctor said. "

What can you actually expect out of this?

And last but not the least,
4) Hygeine
I was never able to use the washroom in normal days. So forget about using it in Covid.

Visit there only if you've a lot of time and patience.
Accompany someone if you aren't physically or mentally well to wander here n there from one counter to another.

Its like having a nice building in front of you accompanied with lots of facilities but wanting to avail them will definitely take a dig on your mental as well as physical health.

I was surprised to see the hospital matching the appearance of any good pvt hospital, but was not happy to see the support staff not supporting the patients. In emergency there is no support staff to assist patients and they have to search for the wheel chair etc on their own. Will be great if more support staffs with accoutability are posted with proper monitoring.

The wash rooms are very well built but again the maintenance is very poor, the urinary outlet has not been properly inserted into the slot which results in the same poring out and no staff was available to whom it can be said

Worst staff worst services especially emergency ward. They don't even heard your patients problem. I don't even have words to explain how they serve worst worst services.

Some staff including doctors are polite and helpful while some leave you disturbed both physically and mentally. Sometimes the hinges inside toilets are broken for long long time and no one maintains them. Because cleaning services are mostly privatised, you're on the mercy of god that you don't get infection. Toilets are always unhygienic, some people don't know how to use the western one. Even cockroach and rats can be seen frequently in ward but still sometimes chemicals are sprayed, God knows what happens to Corona Virus. Reception and Canteen are good. For LP medicines you should have atleast 2 days time for OutStn. Patients and should make arrangements for living on your own. Attendants of outstation patients would face immense difficulty living with patients. They cannot sleep. Most patients and attendants are required to change their bedsheets on their own, even asked to clean their puke on their own. Some senior nurses don't allow keeping your luggage on the medicine stool near the bed, they harass unnecessarily. Some compounders drag out blood from your veins and leave you with large swellings especially in emergency. Well most departments have doctors including oncology which is rarely seen in railway.

The railway hospital has been processed into multiple forms to be a world class hospital. The services which are provided by the hospital are nothing less than a private hospital. The doctors may be a little grumpy at times but overall it's a great hospital.

My experience about this hospital is very worst. Doctors are very rude to patients. And counter 's behaviour is very bad with patients.

Worst service, worst team of doctors and staff. Patient is admitted since morning. No doctor has visited or even cared to give medicine. Forget about the referral

Doctors are good and most of the staff are helpful, hospital is very well Maintained and parking is also available just outside the hospital.

Housekeeping department is not good. Too many mice that bother the patient.
The restrooms here are so dirty.

By developing infrastructure the skills of the doctors cannot be deployed, 90% of test is done outside the hospital no proper machinery and equipment also, the doctors in this hospital is pathetic, they even didn't know how to treat any kind of disease. I have spine problem and lots of problem also but they are unable to treat the problem from last 3 months.

For god sake there are so many rats running in patient rooms. Kindly do pest control at earliest. Such a good infrastucture and poor hygiene. Playing with the life of visitors, everyone visiting is at risk. You have to spend a night to see the reality of hospital.

Wrong medicine given by ward staff it's very dangerous for patients but Sr. Drs are experienced. Cleaning is good but very cockroches and bed bug are in the ward.

Nightmare! How can hospital be so careless, there are dengue patients being treated and mosquitoes flying around in ICU room also rats running here and there. Yes thats the reality of a central ac hospital!

Worst services. One should never visit to central railway hospital delhi in case of any emergency. I went to hospital in night by 12: 10 on 16thsep2019 in casualty. My brother was suffering from stomach ache. General treatment was given to my brother. Pain killer injections were given to him. I requested doctor to get the ultrasound done however as per the doctor ultrasound cannot be done at night. I hope every one can understand that which kind of services the hospital is giving. Stomach ache was not releived inspite of that doctors asked us to leave and said to come by tommorrow in morning to get ultrasound done. By the next day in morning i didn't went to hospital due to some personal issues and in afternoon my brother again suffered from bad stomach ache and then i again went to hospital in emergency and doctors again gave the painkillers and asked me to come by next day to get ultrasound done. Even the doctor on duty at that time didnt behaved nicely. I request to higher authorities to look in to this matter and do the needfull. I dont understand what is the use of such kind of hospitals and doctors who are not capable enough to provide services even they cant talk properly and nicely.
