Everything good but kindly check the cd whether it's loaded or not in my case they provided me an empty cd and waste my time Money in getting a new loaded cd from them.

Was delighted with my experience at Nueclear. Very happy with overall facilities. Would definitely recommend.

Worst place to get any scan done, Do not go here, They will take your money and later tell you we cannot give you CT films as our printer is broken, They will not have any date for fixing equipment also. Place is in poor condition and I'll maintained, They tell you on phone that PET scan will take 2-3 hrs but when you go they will waste entire day, Also no doctors, Everything is done by staff here who have no knowledge, They were about to empty my patients ICD bag thinking it's urine bag which shows the staff is unqualified.

All genuine reports and test are available here and they offer cheapest PET-CT in the whole Delhi-ncr and the reports are too accepted by the big hospitals.

3rd class services, don’t go for CT SCAN.staff also not aware any thing. Unhygienic place, old machines, reports in 2-3 days. For a scan you have to wait whole day. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t go there for any type of Scan…worst centre for PETCT Scan in New Delhi…
Patient care is worst there and also you have to wait for your reports for more 3-4 days as compared to any centre in New Delhi.

Booked slot for PET CT SCAN for 8: 30 AM on 16th April and paid advance amount as well in day part of 15th April and in night at 21: 05 received call from lab and as per them we need to visit at 12: 30 PM. What the rubbish

At first I was afraid visiting there because I saw the reviews online which was not good but I had money issues because of which I visited and when I enter there I didn’t face any problem as mentioned in the reviews the staff was polite and cooperative the services was good and test didn’t take too long. It was done in complete 4 hours as told by the executives and I can say I did the right going there as it doesn’t make sense paying more when you can have same services in affordable price. Come at your own risk. No hygiene. High possibility for radioactive exposure. Zero responsiveness. They have the ability to wast all your day for a simple scan.ranging from 8 hours to 12 hours. Interestingly, you are paying for all this.

First times visit pet ct here of my Aunty on referral of my doc.cost is less and we get reports in 2 hrs.so i will give 5 stars.

17/10/2022- if which 2000 you have to pay in advance for booking slot online, which is adjusted on counter. You can also get a discount of 20-30% if booked through some apps like mfine, labad visor etc
Reports time is also increased from 24 to 48 hrs.

Worst lab service. Booked a pat scan for whole body through healthians. Called for conformation. As soon as the listened healthians name. They said it's wromg number. I already paid 8500 rupee. Just Bcoz they have to give discount the held desk act like crazy. Such a non professional attitude. Not recommended at all. Atlest have some decency to entertain or to provide knowledge if someone called. Insted of telling its wrong number n cut the phone

Even the service is not in 3grade! Unprofessional front staff speacily that ladiy she is taking care of billing and ground counter.
If I would know this kind service before I will never enter the nuclear test center. I did my pet scan and was looking few more test but I stop and will never ever visit again again request to all the patients don’t wast your time to visit this nuclear health care ishwar Nagar.

Visiting this facility since 2018. So far have a good experience.
Staff is qualified and listens and provide best possible solution to all your concerns.

Our reports were to be couriered to my residence in Noida on 4 August still have not received the courier. The agents in customer care don't have any answer the bluedart number is coming busy since yesterday poor service. It's not a service given for comfort of the patient it's harassment that they are doing we have doctors appointment with so much of difficulties but for them it's just business I was will to collect reports from the delhi centre but they said they can courier but still not received have spoken to the center 5-7 times but no status.

Management is very poor.
Consultant doctor Arun was busy with the mobile while consulting.had really bad experience.

My wife was diagnosed breast cancer metastases to lungs in 2018.
So she was referred to Nueclear Healthcare Ltd.for Petscan for final confirmation of disease by Max Hospital Patpar Ganj and later on by treating medical oncologist Dr SHYAM AGGARWAL of Sir Gangaram Hospital for review of progress made in controlling the disease.

Petscan was excellently done by Nueclear Healthcare. Doctors and staff at center were very helpful and caring. Nueclear Healthcare Delhi center has very good infrastructure and facilities for patients and attendants. Proper hygiene is maintained. Now it was our eighth visit and we found good and caring services every time.

One sad part was that patient has to remain empty stomach for at least 8 to 11 hours for Petscan which is unavoidable for whole body scan.

Pathetic service, liar & looting poor people if there possible i'll review in minus.uneducated person sitting in their customer service with very low IQ even after confirmation they are not generating bill in my organisation name.such a fraud don't go there they are doing scam.

Your diagnosis making fool to the patient
First they give 12000 charge for scanning than they give 2000 discount on 12k
Than other one says that you are not applicable for this discount.
But what about my previous test charges I was paying only 8k and I had done 15 test from your laboratory.

Very bad experience take 8 hours for pet scan or cancer patient is hungry for 18 hours they not bother anything for the patient, very very bad experience

Chor sale, looting. I paid Rs 2000 in advance for mother PET Scan but on appointment day she drunk some juice at 6 am, and the staff told come after 6 i.e. 12 pm or tomorrow. I rescheduled test for next dayt morning and I asked how to pay then they inform as same as discussed during first day appointment. After eveining their representative called and informed that your advance 2000 goes as nil/not refundable. For next day you have to pay full payment and advance rs 2000 not considered. They are looting poor people. I suit a case in Customer forum. Since they have not written term and conditions and this is strong evidence for case against them

I booked PET CT for my father and they charged Rs. 10500/-
When I came to their New Friends Colony center I came to know that they are doing whole body PET CT only in Rs. 6500/-
They are looting different people differently.

Charge different amount for same test. Charges me 12000 and other party 6500 same test. Long wait. No concern for old patient. Travelling to Ludhiana back, poor service, commission agent. Doctor commission. Less staff no kindness.

It is affordable and nice place to get your PetCt. People are cooperative and to the point. As this is a long test it takes around 4 to 5 hours.reports will be awailable in 48 hours.the cost of test is rs. 6000 and rs500 optional for ct plates.

Despite having 2 PET SCAN machines they have no punctuality. After having an appointment for PET scan at 11 AM, they did not do the test till 6: 30PM. That too while the person was in fasting since last night. This is very cruel and irresponsible.

Very poor service, delay in reports, this not the private firm they work like a govt workers e.g they work only when they want to work.didn't get the reports of pet scan after 7 days.

Speechless I went over there more than 7 times and all the staff members is very cooperative and supportive in nature center is very neat and clean

Booked the PET-CT scan for my mother. Staff was rude and didn't respond to any questions. Toilets were not clean. Social distancing was not maintained in times of COVID. I think the reason is less cost, so they are not cost effective as services are downgraded in relation to cost. Mahajan imaging is much better in services but cost is high.

Centre is mainly for pet ct scan. If you want to get pet ct done then its the best place. You need prior appointment for getting test done and for booking test you need recent serum creatnine blood test report for booking test and also valid doctor prescription for booking test It usually takes 3 to 4 hours at the centre in whole process to get test done. Nearest indian railway station is of okhla. Also, ishwar nagar bus stop is nearby. Parking is also available within centre for vehicles
PRECAUTIONS! - 1. For the test you have to do the fasting and only you can have is water, nothing else.
2.patient should not wear any metal or any accessories like watch, bangles etc, else u have to remove all before the test.
3. If you have any previous medical history or pet ct report then you should bring it along with the CD.
