Nuego bus stop

Worst service and very rude drivers, the bus will skip pickup points from time to time, without any accountability, which led me to miss the bus TWICE. Shocking thing is they give no reason for it, and is completely dependent on whims and fancies of the driver. They give no refund also. Dangerous driving by driver is also big problem, avoid this operator, travelling from govt buses is better than this.

I Had a connecting bus to Agra. I came from Chandigarh during early morning hours in the midst of peak winter. My bus from Chandigarh arrived an hour early, so I thought I would have to spend time outside in the winters. But then I tried looking for Nuego Lounge mentioned in my ticket, and I didn't have very high expectations. It was hard to locate this place as it is situated inside the ZUDIO SHOP. Once I saw the sign board from outside, I rushed. It was so comfy and cozy inside the waiting area, it was mostly empty, seats were nice, they had a tv and eating area with Collab with McD.
I was so happy that I didn't have to spend time in the open during winters, as I would have done in case of other travel agencies.
Kudos to the Nuego team. More power to you people. Keep up the good work.

Excellent experience travelling with Nuego bus.
I travelled in 11: 55 bus timing slot from delhi to chandigarh.
Journey experience was wonderful
Economic, affordable, with best services comparable to airports.
Surely the best travel agency far better than Mercedes Benz.
Seats are very comfortable with long leg space.
Best thing is they are open for suggestions.
Would give more rating than 5.

Pathetic service. The driver was super abusive towards the passengers especially the females. The PCR had to be called in since he refuse to stop the bus during an emergency to one of the female passengers. The worst bus service I have come across. Please please, do not use them at all.

I travel last night 17-feb-23. Very bad experience throughout the journey. 11: 30pm is the timing of bus departure from kashmiri gate new delhi. But when we reach they tell us that bus is late by 1: 30 hrs.all night journey they used AC and songs that disturbance in sleep. Very bad service by nuego travels. Never book from that travel again.

I want to share my review about 6313 start from Chandigarh to Delhi at 11: 45 PM-5: 30 AM. The bus were 30 minuites delayd. There were no information on where the bus should go from. The service is really bad, we called 3 different of their custom service numbers even on his, personal no.which one showed in the ticket, but non of them were answered. Even Staff didn't gave us water bottle. And whole night we all said please switch off the A. C but the operator was not listening us, even he arguing with us, his wording like (pehle nhi chla tha A. C but ab to chlega). Whole night i feel uncomfortable.

Smooth ride and a great initiative by this company. The bus reached 30 minutes late which can be understood because it's all electric and required a short stop to recharge. Overall good staff, good lounge and a great bus.

I wonder why people have left negative reviews. Perhaps they had a bad day or someone is trying to push this new company down the road.

Never Use this Bus to travel. I just missed my bus from IFFCO chok. The staff was so rude to me. They stopped the bus 1 km ahed of IFFCO chok and supposed I have wings.
Never going to book again. Totally waste of time and money.

1.driver was abusive and misbehaving
2.rash driving throughout entire journey
3. Very unsafe journey, DO NOT travel by them i felt hell unsafee

Zero star for neugo.
Last night I have travelled with neugo bus no. 6313 from Chandigarh to Delhi.
Must say it was worse even more than worse experience.
The bus operator didn't drop any prior informative call for confirmation.even after multiple calls from my side nobody respond.
Bus was about half an hour late.
Over night they people kept AC on even after so many request and the operator was clearly saying that I will keep it on.
Such a messy experience i have with this journey.

Bus is not that much comfortable, Staff is very careless They firstly don't call u and no msg drop another they are late and we don't know about this, Operator is arguing with us regarding AC, we are asking for To Turn off the Ac but again and again he started that, whole night we all suffered, i just wrote this so that in future any one cannot suffer bus no 6313 Chandigarh to Delhi
