They have all the products that one might need. The main problem and the only one that should really matter is the staff. I went into the store and kept looking for a staff member to help me. I asked them for a concealer and i told them that i am an amateur when it comes to makeup. Then literally came and gave me three concealers and told me to choose whatever suited. As a person who knows zero about makeup, the staff should have helped me using and finding a shade. And then they tell me that it just visible on the skin and it might be invisible with a foundation or powder and JUST LEFT THE CONVERSATION. Terrible service.

Went to this store frustrated and hopeless looking for a foundation shade that could match my skin type and tone. Met this kind and helpful gentleman, Mr. Deepak Bali at the store who introduced me to this really helpful and knowledgeable make up artist Ms. Rinky. She was super patient with me during the entire process and helped me find my exact foundation match in the brand Clinique! I am so glad I approached this store when I was about to give up hope that I would ever find my correct foundation match!

I live how deepak and komalakes my store experience was amazing. Just now that komal has moved to Karol Bagh store I am witnessing major missing in terms of information and sales offer. Can you put her back?

I visit this outlet quiet odten and simply just for one the crew member's Pompy who not just guides through perfectly for right product to choose from but also does not upsell the products just to make more business. Because of her, alot have been improved in my make-up routine and all the more better skin.

If you ever want to have a five star customer service you should go to Nykaa DLF and meet Gaurav there. Couple of days back I went there to buy a foundation I wasn’t aware of things which I should use for my skin but Gaurav made me try all the products not just the foundation and gave me a proper demonstration using Charlotte tilbury products and gave me the glassy dewy look which I always wanted to achieve for so long and taught me as well. Thanks to Gaurav and nykaa

It is a very good store with a lot of luxe brands under one roof. Very easy to mix and match products as per your liking. Sajid was very helpful and knowledgeable. Smooth experience

I purchased a lipstick of Estée Lauder on 15-3-22.
they gave me 25 months old lipstick from its manufacturing date. I want to replace it with the current date. Their phone number is invalid.

I went to luxe store dlf saket yesterday, the sales boy was gud he showed me stuff and i in the end went ahead to purchase kay beauty, at the counter a woman maybe store incharge said to the boy tht shes unable to bill due to code, "so kuch aur dikhade" in such a rubbish tone as if i was taking it for free.
He went inside n got more stock still it didn't happen, so instead telling the customer that we cant they ignored me completely n stood blank, in the end i said ok let it be.
Ill trained staff and on the top of it they dont want sales to happen and in news its been shown that retail suffered but i guess luxe store is well feed n keen on disrespecting customers.
