When asked, they blindly recommended the most expensive massage. The person suggesting had no idea what massage is for what. There was literally no difference.

I've had a lot of massages at different places in Delhi and this was by far my worst experience in terms of hospitality. No head massage was given and also no sauna/steam was provided, even though there there was attached sauna in the room. They also did not have machine for card payment. Had to go to all the way to the reception of the Hotel to make the payment.

The massage part was good but I feel cheated for the price that was charged. Also, there's no discount for in-house guests, which is completely contradictory to what Lemon Tree Hotels claim on their website.

I had an amazing Spa experience. The staff are extremely courteous and their service was excellent. I highly recommend them!

The receptionist is the worst he is not bothered about the clients at all, I feel they don’t need clientele for their business.
I called them and ask for the details he just disconnected the call right away. If the receptionist is like this I wonder how their service is.

She knows the right pressure points. Felt so relaxed at this Spa near me. It was my first time and it was an amazing experience for me. This spa was really good in her job. Must try it out.

Excellent therapy by O2 spa. Amazing effects on skin shining and smooth. They use only herbal products which is the best thing. Divya did my spa and she was very gentle and talented girl. Overall I would give a 5 rating in all aspects and highly recommend this spa be it for relaxing or stress relief or skin glow or for any special occasions. People make the place and they are really sweet and very hospitable!

Good service I visited this salon for the first time during this covid19 situation.
This salon iwas very clean. I got my hair smoothing nd hair cut from ashish. He was amazing. I would surely recomandend this salon to my fnds & other.

Amazing massages every time. This is the only place I will go for massages, not only because of the excellent experience but also because of their professionalism, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

I really love their atmosphere which is very beautiful and picturesque. If you walk pass the building after 6pm, you will see the lighting around makes you feel wow! Moreover, their staffs also are very friendly and skilled. I will come back again for my next visit and i would love to suggest my friends to come here

This is before CoVID review. I thoroughly enjoyed going to this spa every time i am in town. The staff is attentive. So clean. The food is great. The rooms are spacious and the 17 head shower is great.

My aunts and I came to this spa for massages. One of them got a prenatal massage and said it was incredible, best in the state. We all enjoyed the ambience and every staff member was professional and kind.

They charge premium but don’t have quality masseuse. Owners are walking around smoking in the spa.

Have been going to Tao Spa for a little over two years and every single visit has been wonderful. They are all very professional and do a great job.
