I went there to get the name of my son added in the birth certificate (since it was left blank in the original issued certificate)

It took hardly 15 minutes, one of the employees Mr Mukesh guided me through the entire online process step by step and voila all done.

Had lots of apprehension before going there, but had a fantastic experience. Shout out to Mr. Mukesh

Went MCD office for my car which was towed from my home without any notice. I sat for a day to meet Mr. Bhagirath Pandit for asking my car but he was not in his chair and nobody told us any information, the next day waited for half of the day and he came and told me to contact the scrap dealer. He sent my car to the scrap dealers. The scrap dealer was 20-30 km away from my home. I contacted the dealers and he told yes we have your car and being instructed to scrap it. I had no choice to recover and he valued my well maintained car so less that I cannot afford to buy a bicycle of that price and also he tells that the parts were missing when I requested the dealers to give a video of my car for asking my personal items which was in the car. They broke the glasses and access my car and take out all the stuffs like the battery, stereo or other valuable items AND THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I AM VERY MUCH UPSET THAT I LIVE IN A CORRUPT CITY WHERE NO MEANS OF THIS CHANGE.

Illmannered staff pathetic experience i wish could give them zero stars and completely useless donot waste your time here

All are corrupt i am sending complaint on swacchatta aap from morning nobody taking action because they are taking money from local rehdi wala i also send the garbage pics near rehdi and too much mosquitos are there if we will die arjun nagar accosiation will take action

Get ur baby name on the birth cirtificate, u can claim death cirtificate correction in date of birth etc.
For getting ur baby name on cirtificate follow the procedure i.e. An application including your contact number, cirtificate issued by the hospital and a copy of it, mothers and fathers adhar card copy self attested. At 1 oclock they will close the door make sure u reach before 12.

Now no need to visit this place u can do it online

Location is nice, but staff behaviour is very bad and also there is no any one for help and assist to new people. Mane thing is that.thay receive the money to peoples but they doesn't provide the receipt to peoples.it is going on Date of birth/Death certificate counter. I request to SDM and senior officer, please take any action against to these non sence and help less employees.

Such a large area under Deputy Commissioner but only one help line which is either
busy or no reply. No email where one can post complaints. What are the timings when an ordinary citizen can meet senior official of the commissioner office?

Yesterday new DC visited our Malviya Nagar, Arya Smaj Mandir Hall for a joint RWA meeting. I see fire in his belly. He has changed the body language of all top heads and never seen the seriousness in there eyes. He has given us the hope to live a respectable life in our area. Frankly speaking, Police chief was also suppose to come but he was busy in some other important work. The answers given by Jr Police officer were very vague and not appreciated by the RWA members. Traffic police Sr, executive gave good response and gave assurances to solve our problems. As a citizen we should not crib about the systems. Most of the MCD staff are under pressure and doing wonderfull job, we must appreciate them. Anil Sr.citizen

We had a stray dog problem and tried to contact the number given on this website but it's not functioning as of now. 11 people have been bitten in last 3 hours and sources to contact them aren't proper hence no action has been taken.

Went for name inclusion of my daughter have made 3 trips. And all I can see on the mcdonlone.gov.in website is someone else’s daughters name and pending with registrar. This is digital India being run by people you can guess what names should be given to them. Ease of doing business.what a joke.

Save us from dying cause of open sewer

I live in H3/121 Bengali colony, Mahavir enclave, Delhi and I'm writing to you because I have no other option and can't see all family to die.

Sewer  Digging in the entire colony is in progress for last one year and on one does their job properly.people can't walk on the road and no one from any party ever visited here to see.

There's a open sewer in front of my house for last 1 month and the sewer water is all over on the road.we can't  breathe here and everyone is getting sick because of this.i have tried all the possible things but failed so we look up to you for help as we vote for you.

Kindly help us before we die.

We had a huge problem with a metal workshop operating without any approval from the government at Hauz rani located near Big guns gym. Its a proper residential area and my neighbors had real problems due to the activities like metal and stone polishing, welding and hammering. The metal fumes and the noise were unbearable. Many people had fought with those people, but they never listened. At this point, I searched for the SDMC complaints cell, forwarded emails and tried calling and finally ended up with the office of deputy commissioner. They were very polite and noted down all our concerns. They referred me to Mr Lokesh Kumar. In a week, after follow up from our side, the authorities came and got it fixed. Huge thanks to the team. Big thanks from the H & F block residents of Hauz rani. We are finally able to open our windows in peace and no disturbance while the elders sleep or while students are trying to study. Keep up the good work. Highly recomended

The veterinary department’s guy was on leave when we visited. After a lot of insisting another person gave is the details of the dogs we were enquiring about. These people pick up dogs with such cruelty and force. The dogs in my colony were picked up and never dropped back. They were kept in the closed van for more than 1.5 hrs in this 45 degree temperature while they argued with people. On running from one office to another we learnt that one of them died due to cardiac arrest obviously due to mistreatmentwhen this dog was picked up he was man-handed and started bleeding from the neck heavily. Where is Ms Menaka Gandhi? Why isnt she active anymore!?
