Had a wonderful service at ogaan’s hauz khas store. Neelu helped me pick some really nice piecess! Must recommend them for their personalised services!

My family has been buying stuff from the Ogaan site for quite some time so we were excited to go to their flagship store as well. However, our experience was abysmal to say the least. The staff is rude and hostile. We had a store associate, not “attending” to us but quite literally stalking us the entire time. Was extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional (was texting the entire time while stalking us lol). The manager was unprofessional to another level, walked up to the rude associate and asked if we were walk-in customers or regulars as if that was a deciding factor for our in-store experience.

My advice for future customers would be to skip this horrible sham show of a store and go straight to the designers flagship store. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN OR PURCHASE FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Beautiful store with a wide selection of designers. Charu and Harshita were both amazing in their assistance, and were willing to make extreme accommodations in order to get me outfitted for an upcoming wedding - I can’t thank them enough. The clothing is expensive but very, very beautiful.

One star off because, as a few other reviews have noted, the men that work the floor are quite rude. I was wearing basic gym wear while shopping and, when I asked for a fitting room, the male staff member looked at me and shook his head, while another laughed. There is no excuse for this service in a store that is quite well-staffed, and I imagine that it might put off other customers as well.

It has been horrible dealing with Ogaan and the staff at Hauz Khas. They have scammed me of 30k and are refusing to get back via calls. My money is lying with them for over a week, and they refuse to refund me even though they couldn't deliver the product on time. They take 100% advance on your order and 0% responsibility. The staff behaviour and expertise is horrible and the store cannot be trusted along delivery of your product, or even reasonable customer service.

Hostile staff, not very approachable and interested to offer help, despite of being overstaffed (that was an observation).
One star only because of the ambience and the collection, but none is of use if the staff is not approachable or happy.

If you've got the money to spend, this is the place to be.

Worked with Charu to get 2 outfits. Great service and delivers as promised! Would highly recommend it. Their online service is pretty great as well.

Ananya who works there is amazing. She has helped me the entire time today. You have amazing staff. Just a request- There should be some goody or something people buying clothes more than 2.5 lakh lol. It motivated people to come back or 5k or 6k off on certain amount. I expected some amount off on a huge purchase today or a goody or be it anything. Being nice to customers is always a plus for business

The best multi designer boutique in delhi! It's upscale. Always got pretty stuff for traditional occasions.

Had a great experience here. They have a wide variety of traditional and contemporary designer styles of Indian wear. Great service and tailoring offered with pieces you buy. Charu was really helpful and not pushy. She was able to change a blouse for a lengha I really wanted as I didn’t like the original. Definitely recommend a visit!

This store has always been a breeze when it comes to ease of shopping, but the experience has been that much better with Ananya’s prompt follow ups with designers for my outfits and alterations. Thanks so much Ananya for your positive attitude and patience throughout!

Great collection by some amazing designers but everything is expensive so you wont find anything below 10000 and really basic stuff between 10-20

Ogaan has fabulous collection. Personally, I loved floral lehegas by Anushree Reddy. They are obviously expensive but worth your money. Do not forget to visit that section.

My online shopping experience with Ogaan has left me unimpressed with their customer service. My order is yet to be delivered and I’ve made several attempts over the past few weeks to find out about the status of the order. No one picks up the call at their @customer service, nor do they reply to emails or WhatsApp texts regarding the status of the order. I have been falsely promised the delivery dates 3 different times already and the order is yet to be dispatched!

Stay away if shopping online from overseas! By far the worst online shopping experience.

Yet to receive the outfits or full refund!
