Very very poor customer service, I ordered for Aloo Laccha Medium Spicy & they sent extra spicy then again i couriered but again they sent back the same Extra Spicy which is of no use for me. Never order from here specially out station.

Such a brilliant services by old delhi foods. I ordered butter chicken from Al Jawahar and got delivered on time and my family is very happy.

Ordered Ghevar From OLD DELHI Foods in Gurgaon. The service was awesome. They are bringing OLD Delhi Delicacies to Delhi NCR.this is quite incredible.

Extremely unprofessional. Cancelled a CoD order after confirming multiple times over a week, after 10 pm in the night before delivery! They texted a lame excuse of Faridabad being outside delivery zone - completely forgetting the fact that only had the address been specified at the time of booking, but again reconfirmed with location details after they had asked. I think there are multiple folks attending to the WhatsApp hotline who don't speak to each other. Nevertheless, pathetic!

The delivery of the food stuff I ordered came all broken
Really fail to understand do these people have any experience in handling food
I really doubt them The way my parcel came seems they del fallen food
All pls be careful with these people as they are not sensitive enough about the delivery of food items
So sad that international food companies delivery their junk food like Jewellery and our precious tasty food is delivered like junk

I placed an order at Old Delhi Foods. All my near and dear ones were excited at the prospect of eating street food from Purani Dilli and arrived thirty minutes before the party started. As we sat in anticipation, I gave a ring to check where the delivery boy had reached. To my horror, the person on the other end (Harish) informed me that they won't be able to deliver the food because they -wait for it- forgot my order! I was aghast. I tried reasoning with him, and after minutes of apologising he said, he will call me back. I then got on a call with Prince Chawla who told me if I'm willing to order food next weekend. By then, I had lost all hope. I ended up ordering from elsewhere. The business owners are a bunch of inexperienced crooks who have no ethics whatsoever!

Pathetic and unprofessional staff and service! Ridiculous company and management. Be careful before ordering from this website.completely disappointed!

Flawed system! Not at all trustworthy, its a big scam.
They dont deliver the food and have the audacity to tell you that they forgot about it and order it next weekend.
Horrible and Unethical E-commerce system, filled with inexperienced men.

This is a unique food ordering experience very different than Zomato or other services.
You can curate your order based on different outlet of Old Delhi and they hop into each outlet and get your order delivered to your home!
I loved the their service and professionalism. You have to understand you have to give some time for them to get the order processed so better to plan a day in advance.
Highly recommended!

Ordered breakfast a day in advance and the order came in 3 hrs late, called multiple times and they didnt answer any calls.
