I had a surgery for scar removal but it even get worse after surgery.
I don't want to give any star but there are no any negative mark available so.bhai ye kahi aise hi degree le rakha hai.may be false.

I have been trying to contact them for over two weeks and they will only respond when they feel like it without ever answering my one simple question.

Update:
I finally received a response in which they blatantly lied to me about their services and then ghosted me once again after I confronted them with the evidence.

I had an operation 7 days ago. Narender kaushik sir treated me very well and operated on me very nicely. If I have any problem call me sir and talk to me very well. I did not have any problem after the operation. The Olmec nursing home is very clean. The bedsheets are very clean and washrooms are cleaned daily. The nurses are very well cared for. Vandana mam has helped me very well. As asual I am very Happy. If anyone wants to have a sexual operation, please meet me once, Narender Kaushik sir, I think it will be very good.

I recently underwent Tracheal Shave surgery, part of facial feminization surgery, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Dr. Narendra kaushik is so polite, highly skilled and experienced plastic surgeon in this field. I always had a dysphoria about the Adam's apple, sign of masculinity, and always wanted to get rid off it but had a fear that surgery might affect or damage my vocal cord. After thorough research, I went to Dr. Narendra Kaushik and my decision was perfect. Before the surgery, he explained everything to me that how procedure will be performed, recovery time etc.and cleared all my doubts.
After surgery, i didn't feel any much pain and also discomfort while swallowing went away after 2 days.

The Hospital is like home.

Most pathetic is the reception staff, they don't hav any knowledge to fixed the appointment. They will call you and Dr. Sir will not available at the clinic. This happened many time. They don't treat you like a human. Event in the operation theater they make cheap comment. I had paid all the charge before but after the operation the receptionist demand more money on the name of staff charges, they were begging, like what Does Dr. Doesn't pay you any salary. And if their was a staff charges they should tell me before. World most pathetic recep staff.

I was operated in Olmec on 18 sep 2019. When I awoke from my operation all the sisters were there for me giving there 100% to my well being. This is my second visit to olmec and both the times the after care has been first class. I was later moved to New building of Olmec. Oh my word, what a fantastic hospital, just absolutely amazing.
My recovery was rather speedy and on this visit I was able to spend quality time with Dr. Sunanda.

The experience at olmec was pretty good, it was more like a home then a surgery clinic. The staff was very helpful at all time. I came from orissa, was little worried about before arriving. I stayed at olmec for 5 days and everyone in staff ensured that I had a very comfortable stay. Dr Narendra kaushik explained the whole procedure in detail, surgery went really well. I am already starting to love my new appearance. His sugical expertise is unparalled. Over all it was a very pleasant experience. Olmec experience has been wonderful all along. Dr Narendra Kaushik is gem of a person and peach of a surgeon.
Hospital facilities, staff also has been praiseworthy.

In the head, had my Rhinoplasty planned years ago but could only go as far as researching and shortlisting surgeons from across the world. India being the most convenient and economical country for me, helped me take a strong step towards the surgery. Had shortlisted 15 surgeons initially but in the end, with the help of 2 dermatologist friends, got the only 2 surgeons I was sure I would get my Rhinoplasty done from. Dr. Kaushik, not only helped me understand the seriousness of my condition but also gave me courage to take such a life changing step and that was it, I made up my mind to have my Rhinoplasty done here at OLMEC. My surgery being the most complicated one as my septum was seriously deviated towards the right, blocking my left nostril completely, making it impossible to breathe normally. The day of the surgery came and I have no nervousness for Dr. Kaushik was right there with me throughout.walking into the OPT I was sure I made the right choice as all the staff members were friendly and helpful. The surgery was over and I was out in a blink of an eye. There was little to none pain at all. I stayed at the hospital for 2 days and the staff was just too good. They took great care of everything I needed and helped me get past those uncomfortable but bearable 2 days after the surgery. I have the utmost respect and love for everyone working here. I thank Dr. Kaushik and his staff for a great and much comfortable journey of a rhinoplasty than I read and heard of.
