Most amazing and latest collection. Very friendly and hospitable staff. All my requirements were met under one roof

The sales guy name Madan does not know how to speak to his clients. He disrespect clients and in fact scolded me that the fitting was not right. I went to collect my wedding lehenga and he would not agree to make any alterations only saying that it cannot be altered. Despite paying so much, the quality was bad and when we showed him of the stains, he said cannot do anything, this is designer piece. When I ask him to show more lehengas for other functions, he simply said no. All the outfits came out really wrong, not at all to what was ordered. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ANY COST.

We know the owner and he was talking really well when the owner was there, but this time owner was not there and it was completely disastrous. I recommend Sudhir Bhai and Asiana, way better service than this shop. Do not recommend Omprakash at all. Very very bad experience for a bride.

My wife bought a lehnga for our daughter's wedding. The tailoring was POOR. We went back to them to have it corrected. We also gave suggestions. But the salesmen were so, so rude! We now have no time to go to buy another one. We've no choice but to use this. We'll try to get it corrected by some other tailor. We're sure even a roadside tailor can do it.
COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE SHOP!

Worst shop, they will talk with u nicely before payment … after payment they have no manner to talk. They will talk like they have done favour to u. I paid 1 lakh 60 thousand and before 2 months from wedding. Still didn’t received half of my materials. They will cheat u on wedding day itself and u will have no options other then regret. Better buy from some branded shop rather than these frauds. I have attached my receipt also for reference

My experience was bad here. The pieces are designer lehengas in the showroom to try on but what you get is completely different. I saw a unhappy customer in their store when I was buying my bridal lehenga and I should have listened to her. My blouse was so badly stitched it took them 3 alterations to make it even wearable. My skirt was also poor quality and ended up looking like a pallazo bottom in the photos. Do not buy from them! You don’t get what you see

Infact the collection is very dull.

Over expensive. You never know what you get. Sometimes the order placed doesnt resemble the one you receive. Variety is good. But they have a snooty attitude. They dont really cherish the customer, because they have a good business with high end clients. They dont even show you all their variety, they will not attend you well if your price budget doesnt meet their expectations.

Staff is pathetic and rude. They will only be polite till the time they see you as buying something. Highly lack professionalism and customer handling skill.

Fitting and promised quality is not done. Not timely delivery.no proper reply after takes money. Take order by one and attend by other one.

This place is very unprofessional. The salesman uncle is very rude and unprofessional. Location is worst. Do not waste your time here. I don’t how they became famous.

The most pathetic place to visit for the bridal lehnga. I had to go shopping for my sister in law. The experience was very bad. At first they have a long waiting list with no check on the way they send the people inside. Secondly the staff is not good at all. They ll tell u something else n give u something else. They seem to ve least interested n also the display lehngas are in deteriorated condition. Dusty, faded n torn. Ll suggest not to visit the place.

No warmth or basic manners to show variety to client. Designs are not worth the price. Staff is extremely rude and devoid of compassion and professionalism.

Worst place to buy a lehenga. The owner and sales will be nice with you when you are buying the lehenga. The final lehenga will be completely different from what you expect. The owner will misbehave and take advantage of your urgency in terms of the piece. The shop is over expensive and you will definitely get something better in a shop otherwise. Never got to this store. Worst experience ever. Stay away from the sales guy called Gagan.

The collection is lovely, but it isn't a place for budget shopper. The time I went, it was also very crowded. They do have some amazing replicas of designer wedding lehengas though.

I never review shops but today I had a disastrous experience so decided to review. The lady owner decided to attend us with one of her staff. I have no idea why she sat there with us for no reason only to distract her staff. We kept asking for specific designs and she would just say to the staff. After sitting for 3 hours, we had only been shown 6-7 dresses and were expected to decide on those as according to her those were the only ones in our range (which was 1 lacs.). She kept talking in some code language and it was a very disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointed. I will not call them unfriendly but they are a bunch of intimidating moody people who will showcase their stuff only to people they feel like - that means people who look rich- whom they think are good enough!
Collection- don't know coz they refused to show the collection telling " Our range starts from 86k and if i will show you something before 1.5 lacs you will make faces! " Which actually meant "YOU LOOK POOR, GET OUT! "
