Please double check the goods you buy when they pack it for you at the store. I was cheated twice in the same day. The lady at the counter lied and knowingly packed an old scratched piece and told me she packed a fresh one, fully aware she doesn’t have a fresh piece in stock. By chance, I asked them to open and show that the new piece is scratch free and to my surprise, it was the same old scratched display product. I purchased another product instead and to top it all she had the audacity to sell me a faux leather piece as real leather. And offer me store credit instead of the difference of the price. Once I was home, I saw the the packaging that stated faux leather. She didn’t even give a bill. Just plain unprofessional and disrespectful.

No customer paying even a penny, leave alone thousands of rupees would like to be disrespected like that. I hope you have a better experience. And Oma, buck up your game. Your employees at Khan market don’t even dain to do their job. What a painful experience.

Me and my wife we just love luxurious and comfortable decor. Though we heard from our friends about the brand quality but when we actually shopped we were amazed to see such International quality products. Full 5 stars to you guys, keep up the good work!

I did have some trouble once actually with oma staff but realised it wasn’t his fault, since then i seem to have built a relationship with them, quality classy stuff to bring that charm

We recently renovated our home and I was looking for a complete make over of our place. Oma living really made it so easy, from bed sheets to table lamps everything we could find under just one brand. Thanks guys!
