Review number 2- Post my previous awful experience with the sales representative of Omega CP store. I decided to walk in today & see first hand this extremely rude and annoying lady. Turns out her name is Harpreet Kaur, she was just as rude in person as over telephone a few weeks ago. She carried a condescending attitude which stunk the room. Never in my entire life have I come across such a rude professional in a luxury store or otherwise. On the other hand sales reps at Kapoor Watches Noida & Ethos Saket are empathetic & extremely customer centric in approach. Harpreet Kaur needs to be fired asap. Review no 1-Called up the store yesterday to make an inquiry on Omega Seamaster 300. Was greeted by one of the most rude representatives from a luxury brand. Can’t recollect name of the lady in question but she was condescending to a fault. Asked her an innocuous question regarding price and availability of my shortlisted Watch, in turn was asked a bunch of ludicrous questions. For eg when I told that we are looking for Omega Seamaster 300 with a blue strap & blue dial. The lady responded all the watches of my shortlisted model come with a blue dial & blue strap hahaha. Then I responded it also comes with a green dial & strap she started fumbling & said 99% of the specific model come with a blue dial. From where did she cook up the stats. She forgot that it even comes with a white dial. Omega please if you are listening, please have a better person answering the phone for inquiries.
