Transsion Holding is the parent company of Infinix, Tecno, itel, and Oraimo that's why collectively they have one service centre that is CarlCare. Staff is averagely good. However lack of experience and professionalism can be felt when one visit to them. Don't compare Samsung or Apple like brand's staff to them (Carlcare) as they're well knowledgeable and professional.
My mobile was under warranty they changed motherboard free of cost however each time they handover the phone to me I found new issues arising. Though they took care of it. The service centre could be in Rohini instead Peeragarhi as you have to struggle park your vehicle and cross main road.
