One Plus Repair Centre

I went there for my oneplus 9 phone. I live in west delhi to i went to rohini for this.first of all they are not professional people For smallest to smallest problem they were asking us that we have to take your phone for 1-2 day. Like if the issue is in software so take 2-4 hours and resolve it. But how they will make money.

This is a fake service store please don’t waste your time. Go to a legitimate store.

There is no service centre at this place.fake address, even one plus online support provide me this address.but no service centre here

They are very unprofesional! I was about to reach their service centre when i called them up because i wasn't able to find their location! But before telling me the location, they asked me if my phone is in warranty or not! And when i told them that it is in warranty, they told me to wait for 5 minutes there and they will call me back! I was waiting for their phone call near about 20-25 minutes but they didn't answer!
Next day, when i called them again, they said your phone is in warranty and we don't repair that and that's why we didn't call you yesterday!
Seriously! Atleast inform people to not wait for their call back before lying!
I am very very disappointed. If i had the power to sue the service centre, i would have done that!
