The worst service center. Initially the have insufficient parts. Secondly they ask you to wait for 2 days to arrange the parts and take 2 long week to get the same, that 2 long week they don't give follow ups from their side, it's the customer who has to again and again visit the center. Also the do not have trained work force. When they open the phone, they break the back panel.
I visited service center with my oneplus 11r regarding my software issue in my phone service center is giving excuss all the time and never resolved my issue they start complaining all the time Don't visit this service center anyone because their service quality is too poor the engineers are working there they don't have any proper knowledge about any software issues Prefer another service center to resolve your concern
Today I visited there, my Nord 2 calling sensor was not working, they seen my mobile and said display will be replace. While there was not required to change it. They said it's physical damage and will not cover in warranty. They want to make money only, warranty is not matter to them. Very poor service, they don't value the customer. Even staff behaviour was full of attitude.
Today i visited service center regarding issue in my buds, I tried to contact mr sudarshan there, but when his behaviour was very rude, he didn't behave like he is there to provide service but he talks like i have to beg him something, First time i had visited oneplus service center and my experience was worst, will never recommend anyone to buy oneplus due to worst service.

They were very polite miss anju helpede lots to solve my problem special thanks to her and service centre has got best people as per my knowledge in all over centres of OnePlus in delhi
The service is not that good. If you go for a problem with any part of your phone the technician mostly will suggest you to replace that part mostly without doing any troubleshooting. Yes they will keep your phone for half n hour or more so that you can feel that it's in the process. Even they will not take any guarantee for any software updation too. If being a one plus customer and you go to authorize service centre for software updating and the technician says that they will not take any guarantee after the software update will you give your phone? Also they do not have the necessary parts when and where required.
