OnePlus -Best Ultrasound Lab in North Delhi

Non-experienced staff, asked for bill many times but they didn't give bill.very bad experience, non professional staff.i asked to mail or whatsapp my reports they send only 1 test report, rest i have to go there and asked to share my reports now and for that they took very long time.my suggestion never go there.

Best diagnostic labs for all the medical tests. Especially Mr. MANJEET he is very cooperative and polite. He is very helpful and gentle fellow in every way. Thanks to whole staff and doctors.

Very poor coordination of staff. Customer is a burden on them. Their staff feels as if they are doing some ehsaan on the customers, rather they are doing there job.

Nice lab with results on time. Manjeet singh is really good. He can take blood samples form obese and patients with very thin veins.

They are really really overpriced.nt genuine people.complete frauds guys d tests which takes on 3150 they will charge u 6000 juat d souble.they dnt have any rate card list …owner will not listen to u …zero service …higly overpriced i do not recommend them

Center is very peaceful and outdoors are so so pretty staff is very helpful like Mrs Divya Rawat is very soft spoken with smile feel like home and Dr Kapil Sharma is very gentle and very friendly. My all over experience is very nice

Dr Pooja Garg is so nice.she is very gentle nd makes one feel very comfortable.accurate diagnostic around 10km radius.well mannered staff ; specialy MANJEET SIR is very Cooperative, they treat me very nicely.even I noticed that MANJEET SIR is talking very nicely with all patients nd they listen

Horrible experience Dr. Pooja is soo rood n mannerless she don't know how to treat patients Unhygienic lab, never recommend this diagnostic centre to anyone.

The receptionist is very rude. She was trying to create more hassles rather than solving problems.

I dont know if these ratings are real or fake but after today's visit one thing is clear that the people at this place are super unprofessional and hardly have any knowledge about the tests, their names and preventions & cure.
Was here to get some Xrays done and these people didnt know the names written by the doctor. Also, later after 1 hour of discussion when they understood the name of the test, didnt know that the patient should have been empty stomach and all. Overall it was very disheartening to know how these people are playing with the lives of the patients by having least/no knowledge of things which can lead to any critical health issue for a patient.
I would highly suggest NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GENUINE MEDICAL TEST & REPORTS.

Please dont try saving money for medical screenings at the cost of someones life.
Visit a better place which provides genuine screenings and reports.

Very nice experience. The doctors are very professional and polite. I was given a diagnosis of IUGR during my pregnancy by another so called 'authentic lab', but Dr pooja analysed me thoroughly and told me that the fetus is absolutely fine. It turned out to be right and I delivered a healthy baby. Very thankful to her. The staff is also very cooperative.
