I purchased DENON DHTS316 soundbar from them happy with the product and support they Provided by AV ZONE/ AV SHACK has made me purchase the same with good advice which helped me choose the same immediately and we closed the Deal & there is Perfect place for experience or Live trial of sound systems and best sound systems available here.

This place is very expensive if u want to repaired your home theatre related equipment. They overcharged with the costmers for their repairing services. Pls don't go there for any repairing. Last week i visited there and repaired my sub woofer they charged me 4000 rs for the replacment of two volume keys without a bill.which is very unreal price of a volume keys, when i asked for a bill they told me if i want a bill then they charged me more with 18 percent gst for repairing.i never suggest this store for any kind of repairing services this store overcharged for their repairing services without warrenty.

Insincere management. Mr. Arora took money from me for wall mounts and never supplied them nor refunded the money.

A must visit for any person who loves music and looking for perfect speakers for their home - They have a dedicate space for demoing the products. You relax on recliner and listen to product demo which helps in taking fast decision. Superb staff - very humble and responsive.

Have been dealing with them for the past decade and I really appreciate the sales part where I can get demo of as many audio components I like before I make up my mind of which one to buy. The guy who demos the equipment have some knowledge and helped me to make an informed decision about my purchase. Also the content they have is good and useful.
My only issue is their service which asper my previous experience was horrific bit I believe that was to a specific brand.

Exclusive store for Onkyo music systems. As the Onkyo systems are exclusive in many ways, this showroom is also an exclusive one. Not only they showcase the systems, they also have a dedicated sound room to give you the realistic feel of how the system would perform and give its best output in your own surrounding. Above that, they give best of dealing and customer satisfaction, be it the customer relation or the installation or the after sales service. Do not be surprised, they installed my system 500 km away from Delhi!

A big collection of hi FI including amplifiers, soundbars, TV etc from pioneer, onkyo and expensive brands.

Just few days back I purchased a Home theater system recommend by AV Store and I am glad I picked their recommendation. I am in love with my home theater system and can't get enough of it. I give 5 stars to the shopping experience and also 5 stars for post sales experience.

A nice place to check different range of receivers with a perfect demo room, didn't get such wide range of demos in Croma or any other store in NCR. I recently bought a HTS5805 from them and quite satisfied with their technical suggestions and overall experience.

Least interested in repairing Onkyo products they find ways to prevent you to get your product repaired. They prefer selling new repairing is not worth their time.

A nice place to have demonstration and decide for right home theater system for you. Happy with quality and performance.
