Purchased an entry level home theater from Mr. Sanjay and have been very happy with it from last 5 years.
I am planning for an upgrade and will definitely reach out to make another deal with Mr Sanjay because of his after sales service.
I was facing some issue which was not identifiable at the first place so I contact Onkyo chennai directly and they assigned a technician from their support team who then visited me and asked me to bring the home theater at Rajender Nagar only where they fixed the issue on the same day and since then I have had no problem with the Product.
If you are looking for an entry level home theater less than 40k then go for Yamaha but if your need dolby atmos or thx certified home theater or if you need a premium sound quality, do visit this place for a small demonstration of hts7800 and ht9800 thx.

I have bought ONKYO HOME THEATER SYSTEM from ONKYO SHOWROOM located at CR PARK, NEW DELHI
I chose to buy this product because of my high regards for "JAPANESE QUALITY" products and electronics in particular, and ignored advice to go for standard home theater systems offered by your competitors like SAMSUNG and LG, thinking your product would be give me better home theater experience and trouble free performance. But i have made biggest mistake by choosing to buy ONKYO product.i have had the harassment of taking this product to your service centre for as many as four times since May 2021 and my problems are yet to rectified. On last three occasions i was told that the Set is repaired and now i can use it- but after taking back and using the system the same problems occurred and it gets SWITCHED OFF while running! I have attached the details of my last job order Dt 09/08/2021. The response i have got today is that there service engineer is not able to identify the problem after 15 DAYS of the product being given to them. As a customer, i want to know have i bought the home theater for enjoying and relaxing at home or for this HARRASMENT at your hands?
As a customer i want to know this is the PREMIUM PERFOMANCE and QUALITY YOU OFFER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?
I would STRONGLY ADVICE ALL CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND.
And what should i do with this home theater system?

Very bad experience with this service centre.

When I am checking online it's showing Skullcandy service centre is available.

But when I visited the guy which was on counter very rudely saying it's not sevice centre and Leave from here.

When I asked where is Skullcandy headphones service centre he said I don't know.

Buying an Onkyo was always on the cards. Thanks to pandemic for fastracking it.

I've done my research around several models (both onkyo & others) and have finally shortlisted HT-S5915 & HT-7800 before I reached out Sanjay.

Sanjay ensured that my entire purchase experience was as smooth as possible. He has not only helped me in deciding the model (HT-S7800) but also has arranged hassle-free home delivery followed by installation.

To everyone around Delhi NCR - Sanjay is THE go to guy when it comes to professional audio. Cheers!

It was a month back that I decided to buy a Home Theatre and after lot of research and discussions with my friends zeroed down on Onkyo HT – S7800. I was avoiding to travel to Delhi and was amazed at the service quality provided by Sanjay. He made sure that wiring, delivery and installation was done smoothly without me visiting to showroom even once.
I must place on record that my dealings with Sanjay have been wonderful to say the very least. Besides the fact that the deliverables have been of the highest quality, the approach and attitude has been exemplary. I am sure he doesn’t take a customer as one time event and invests in relationship.
