I have had bitter experience with Onsitego. There are somethings you should know before you purchase Onsitego extended warranty:

- OnsiteGo warranty is not unlimited repairs as they claim.
- Each time they make a repair, they will reduce the remaining value of your equipment.
- Subsequent repair will only be done if it is below the remaining value of the equipment
- They do not share transparently what spare part is changed.
- I got repaired my device once and they reduced its value to half.
- There technicians do not visit even in a week.
- There technicians falsely update the status that visit is done and repairs are progressing while the truth is that no one has even paid any visit.
- There customer call center keeps assuring you that someone would come to repair and then weeks pass without any one turning up. They visit after several days based on there convenience.

In the hindsight, it has been a big mistake to purchase Onsitego warranty. I will never purchase it again and also recommend others not to go for it.

UPDATE: - OnsiteGo engineer visited after several days and informed certain parts to be replaced. These parts were earlier replaced by Manufacturer during standard warranty period.
However, OnsiteGo said that the part is not covered in extended warranty.
OnsiteGo warranty is not an extension of basic warranty but they apply some internal rules/logic to decline repair requests!

So, buy onsitego warranty at your own risk!

If i have option i’ll mark them in negative.

I bought a washing machine from HARI OM ELECTONICS and bought Onsitego extended warranty. At the time of purchasing their warranty they salesman told us that they will give you a good service they are the best and so much.
But after taking their warranty they are worst. My machine got defective with some part and now they’re saying they are not included in the warranty. While engineer came he said all the parts are included in the warranty he make a video and send to their seniors and on the basis of video they said the plastic part is damaged but on the otherside other technician refuse that there is not plastic part is damaged. I went to Hari Om they said we will sent a wirlpool engineer if he said everything is in claim than we will go it on free.
When you are taking the plan that time they will give you broad definition terms and condition. When you call for your problem and any part of that device they will charge costly, Onsitego teams make it consumable and ask you money to replace it. This way they try to earn extra money from customer. Worst experience and will never buy again any kind of warranty from them.

I have an AMC with them and I always make sure that my AC gets serviced in advance so as to avoid any issues during season. Accordingly I asked them to service my AC in March, 2023. Now when i switched on my AC it has no cooling at all and as I have an AMC I made a complaint on 13.04.2023 and specifically mentioned that there is no cooling. I am writing this review on 19.04.2023, till now I have not received any call/msg from their executive regarding my repairs nor anyone has showed up at my place. Whenever I am connecting with their Customer Care they are only replying that we have highlighted your issue and it will be resolved within 24-48 hours.

I feel I have been cheated in the name of AMC by Onsitego and I would request everyone not to purchase their plans/offers.

I raised a AC service repair request on 15april and till date it is not fixed.
It has caused me extreme physical and mental stress.
Worst is that they have not returned my PCB parts. Few parts are missing.

They are a fraud company. They take money for AMC and then when you call them for repair they deny the repair giving you various reasons nor they return the AMC money. My AC need repair and gas charging during the comprehensive AMC period but they visited and denied saying it’s too expensive to repair and fill gas. So they told me they won’t repair and nor they will give the AMC money back and I can do whatever I want. These are the exact words these guys told me. Better to buy AMC from same Brand of appliances.

Your behavior towards customer is very bad. The customer gets so upset to take your service but your company gives very useless service to the customer. I bought a washing machine from vijay sales with onsite go warranty in 2019.in 2023 my machine stopped working.
1.onsitego engineer came and repaired the machine but still it was't working properly.
2. After a week i got a call and informed that onsitego is replacing my washing machine with a new one.this is not any paid promotion.it happened with me.
I STRONGLY ADVICE TO BUY ONSITEGO WARRANTY WITH EVERY PRODUCT YOU BUY.

I called them more than 8-9 times for ac repair, but every time they give same answer that the technician will visit tomorrow. It's been more than a week now, very very bad service, very unprofessional.

I don't mind giving good feedback to you because your technician did a good job. He serviced my RO purifier professionally and cleaned the tank with lemon to remove any dirt and odor and he was very good. We pay for such professional services and I am you offer us that.

AMC plan is highly recommended. I got it for my AC and water filter both and it is useful and also value for money totally.

One of the worst company for Insurance. I did a big mistake on taking insurance from them. The customer service to replacement team does nothing. They have shortcuts and ultimately client has borne all this mess. I hope this review helps people to not take insurance from Onsite go

Very poor services from onsitego my TV is under warranty from onsitego and I have raised the complained before 1 month still issue not resolved

My experience in Amc for my water purifier is extremely disappointing. My water purifier was in a poor condition and when the company people found out that most of the filters were not properly fitted.
