Worst food! Some of the dishes must be expired ones. Food is the sipnal cord of any F&B venture and they lack that. Not my thing at buffet they are zero and at the wedding they are zero! @

We booked odels for three nights four days for our daughters wedding have no words to thank odels staff for making our celebrations memorable they were prompt courteous & polite

Chose this place for the venue for the family wedding function as we had no other place available during wedding season.we were staying at fortune park though but honestly i thought this place wouldn't meet our expectations but to our surprise it was a beautiful event n the food was great.had crazy times but awesome memories.

Unpunchuality, vvery low interiors below normal standard and dhaba styles food catering, quanlity of food very bad unhiegenic, spoiled the mood spirit of the function.

The place had really pathetic parking. We had to wait half an hour to park, no proper assistance from the staff. The food was kind of okay, no major problem with it. Decoration was also not upto the mark.

They spoil my daughter's phera muhurt. They booked 2 parties on same time. Decoraters are also cheeter. Our guest were in time n called up us, where is your venue, because there was another host's name was displaying on board. When we asked for this all, they stopped first party's DJ, n said us ki unko ab bahar kaise nikalen, very horabal to another party too. Decorator ANEESH to whom my daughter n we all spend good time n he saw us very good pictures n promise to personalies all. He asked a big amount for this. But same day, because there was another party was continued, n our guest also were on venue, we couldn't do anything n compromise with old decore n also very dim light on gate, because first function was in day time. When we asked for all, he was playing aankh- micholi with us. N when our function was on peak with all adjustments, he came n said, give me my rest of money. We asked for what we should, he said because of I can spoil your function by off the generator. It all was with oodals management support. GUNDE PALE HUE HAIN.
If you are thinking for doing any function, be aware for these all. Also there are many Thieves, so when you go anywhere after leaving your room of hotel, take care of your valuables. ALL THE BEST.

Rooms are modern but starting to show its age. Neat and clean areas. Staff is co operative. Food is above average. Parking is generally available unless its booked at its capacity. Location is trackable which is just a 5 min drive from chattarpur mandir.

Nice hotel for partying purposes.
Event management team available. Located in Chhatarpur Extension, a little bit inside drive from Mehrauli Gurgaon Road.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rates and tarriffs are quite in budget.
Must book for weddings, engagements and parties.

Oodles gave us the marriage venue 4 hours later than promised and our guests had to wait outside. To top it all, they insisted on balance payment on the same night or else threatened to switch off the power supply. These guys totally ruined my cousin’s marriage and I wouldn’t recommend Oodles to anyone ever.

If there is an MBA COURSE OF HOW TO CHEAT People, This course is offered at oodles hotel and their staff is the perfect faculty. They say something but do whatever is convienent to them. For example they had comitted to offer snacks and beverages to the Baraat at the assembly point in oodle. But to my horror when guests assembled at the assembly point, there was no such arrangement, on the top of it, the so called assembly point was occupied by cars
It was a major embarrassment to me and i had to take my guests to the Presidential suit for sehrabandi and i paid a fortune for it. This is one small chapter of how oodles cheated us. The story is very long.

Worst experience!

Management at Oodles totally knows how to exploit you and exract money out of your pocket. They ruined the function for my sister's wedding.
We confirmed the venue a year back for 3' o clock and accordingly invited the baraat and guests at 4 PM. Also confirming that there should'nt be any hassles regarding the time, on the day of wedding we get to know there is another wedding function going on the same grounds. Still they said there won't be any problem as we will get your venue ready by 4.
But up to full dissapintment, when our guests arrived, people from previous function were still there, the venue was not ready and oodles staff was dusting the grounds with brooms and all with our guests present over there till 6 pm. And the management cassually says that this happens: ''Ye to bolne ki baat hai, kaunsi shaadi time pe hoti hai! ".

On top of that Mr Anish, the decorater, also from the Oodles panel, gave us the same decor from the previous function for which he looted us a load some of money. On telling him, that we did not ask for this, and we will pay you later, he blackmailed us saying that he will get the generator closed and the function will cease, we had no other option but to pay him at that time.

They have filled money up to their throats and have no regrets or shame in their eyes.

This happens very often there. Mr. Manish and Ms Pooja are very trained to handle this type of stuff. The owners are paying them to sit there in front of customers and listen them blabbering so that the owners does'nt have to face them directly. At last, they just say sorry and then go home with thier pockets full of money.

Please consider this and do not book Oodles ever in your life.

Attended 2 marriage functions in last 5 days at Oodles. These functions were of very close relatives. Generally I never write negative reviews but the management and their attitude forced me to write one.
My personal experience is that they know only words like full Money in the pocket, Greed to earn by unethically means, exploitation of customers. They don’t have words like providing value to Customers, fulfilling commitment and service etc.

Neither their attitude nor their food was good. Very much average. Initially to attract customers they talk very sweetly and put pressure to give money before the function, once the customer pays full money then their attitude is who you? And do not deliver as per their commitment.

They don’t deliver on time and decors. They use even the followers from the previous function what to talk about others things. Of course the food is not good because left over from previous function is added into the next function.

When you try to complain they don’t listen rather threaten you to do whatever one can. They might be politically connected to have that attitude.

In my lAst 30 years of attending marriage functions this experience was the worst.

Nyc Place. Goood Foood. Decent Service. Need to work on cleanliness. While booking, pen down everything you book or settle as booking staff tends to forget their commitments. Namrata's Decor is not recommended, shes not good at delivering her professional commitments.

Although the hotel is packed with amenities, I had problems with their basic services with respect to cleanliness and availability of hot water. The place also needs to provide sound isolation, I could barely relax due to the noise from the events hosted at the premises.

They just care about the money. They double booked the venue for wedding and when my family demanded the place even after 3 hours of the ceremony time, they gladly threatened us saying "Shaadi karni hai to Jo mil Raha hai use karlo, warna Ghar jao. " We didn't have any option so we had to delay the wedding by 5 hours. The day wedding was converted into night wedding. Heaters were really bad, service men were arrogant, and we had to use the decorations from the earlier wedding as there was no time to change to decorations. They runnied the dream wedding my family had planned so enthusiastically.

Cozy rooms with swimming pool facility available, parking is also available there. Good for weekend getaway and family gatherings. Food is average.

We gave our car to the valley parking staff and they caused a big dent on our car and proper scratches on the wheels too. Such irresponsible people!
