Worst service centre Bad behaviour by staff Oppo should shut down this type of service centre Neha and vikas (don't know this is real name because he doesn't wear any I'd card) are don't have manners how to talk to a customer. I have purchased new charger within 2 month my mobile charger is not working properly some time charge boost working some time not they argue that charger is fine than they taken my mobile and clean my phone jak but still not working properly when they find issue in charger they said don't have charger what is this than I have asking this is wrong than Mr vikas shouting and abusing me.i have attached his pic
Very excellent service within 30 min got my mobile with very new condition. Happy to visit this oppo service center. Thnx to Ratnesh for solve my mobile issues.
Staff is really supportive, polite and co-operative. Everything was really smooth, and proceeded ahead while taking into consideration customers requests. I had visited to get my display changed of my Oppo Reno 5 pro, i conveyed then to get it done asap as I wasn't having any secondary phone. They really helped me in the same. I must say, it was a 5 Experience.

Long waiting time due to crowding at the place. Once the phone was accepted for repair, it took 2 hours for the repair which is an acceptable amount of time.

Not gonna recommend anyone to even look at vivo or oppo products because the after sales service is very poor. Bhen me lodo m koi tameej nahi h baat karne ki pta nahi kis baat ki akad h.
It was great experience with me staff was so helpful I have oppo handset my handset was broken I visited oppo lajpat nagar but amount is too much but they said to me directly wait it has some offer in this model and they replaced my part only in offer thanks oppo for giving me this awesome offer
Very bad service and very bad behaviour. When I call there for asking some questions regarding the availability of folder of oppo F11 pro and I was asking the question in very politely manner but she answered and talk with me very very rudely and she behave so rudely also.
Very slow service and after attending a customer his take 20 to 30 minutes to attend a second customer and also very rudely behaviour with customers don't visit
Staff very humble & polite in dealing with customers but technical support services are very poor from OPPO. So one may feel frustrated once something goes wrong with instrument and OPPO fails in correcting the fault.
Great service and conduct. They do not take up much time. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is an authorised centre and reliable for any assistance.

Staff is good. BE CAREFUL BEFORE U BUY OPPO. I bought A74 5 G phone 3 months back and finger print is not working. I visited service centre but parts not available. Embarrassing experience with OPPO
Yello baal wali jo ladki counter 2nd aur 3rd pe available hoti hai bahut battamiz hai, kisi ko charging cable chahiye to to ya available hoti nhi hai, half an hour bethne k baad kehti hai k apko cable nhi milegi yha sirf service di jaati hai, charger ya cable hi nhi de rhe ho request karne p to kya ghanta service de rhe ho
Visited on 17th January. Staff behaviour was very rude. Particularly one girl was very rude. Kept 10 customers standing on the door and dismissed everything saying they don't have spare parts/service. Did not even let us inside siting covid.
Earlier I had booked online appointment to visit on 10th Jan only to find the store closed. No one even picks any call
Really happy with services by agent Vivek also other representatives. Facing issue with my Flip camera but they resolved it after changing it no charges taken from me.because it's within one year warranty. Really happy and supportive staff.loved it ️
Staff are not professional in work Slow and long waiting time WiFi Speed is good 14Mbps (oppo@123) Overall a nice service center Oppo never fails to amaze their customers free replacment within one year and they will repair the mobile infront of you It's a good service station by my end.

It was nice experience from service center do visit without hesitation vivek is nice service engineer i got my phone repaired although spare parts are expensive to change but engineer support to avoid that cost if possible

Very Nice Staff, Very very polite and coprative while talking and solving problem, specially MANJIT SIR.they Repiar phone with 100 % transfrency, They open my phone in front of me and change parts in front of me within 15 minute, they delivered my phone within 15 minute (Open phone, change parts, and fix it as previous) Very fast and very accurate service with 100% transfrency. Pathetic service. Straight away saying no we reached around 5: 55 pm. Without knowing Wat the issue was in our cellphone. I wish seniors to take action against service people here. N I expect a call as well.
