I ordered yesterday and still havent received my product and i called twice the girl said ur order is out for delivery, and now they are not even picking up call
Please do not trust there online portal services

The online portal is the worst thing possible these guys take orders online without confirming if they have the product and after you have paid for the order they will call you and inform that they cant deliver the same. That's not the worst part I have been calling them since 4 days and they haven't even processed the amount.
The worst online and offline platform available even if your are planning to order the same order on COD basis only.

They are thieves. They charge extremly high prices as compared to other competitors being 37 krishna, rajminder etc.and if you refuse to take it after er 5 mins they will bring the price down and urge you to buy. Pathetic. Just like a sabzi mandi where bargaining happens

Definitely saw improvement from last visitdaily basis items like milk, curd from mother dairy almost missing.paneer not packed hygienicly.must look in to survive in this competitive market

Worst customer service ever seen. His staff gave wrong product and when i checked the product and came back to exchange it they did not have the product which i wanted and neither they were refunding the money and were forcing me to buy other stuff which i did not need

Every time when I visit they don't have supportive staff. The customer himself has to go here and there for the goods and the staff just stand and talk with each other.

Good quality grocery. Fruits. Vegetables. Fresh breads. Non veg items available. Friendly staff

Today 13.09.22 morning at 10.40am very bad service by a girl. Unacceptable behavior. Shame. Owner should look into it.

Best place for order groceries because there is very fresh vegetables and there staf is well manner.

Worst online experience, it's been two days we have placed the ordered, and yet not yet delivered, plus they are not even taking the call now.

Worst delivery service, pathetic staff they have, my sugestion to them if u cant handle delivery please stop it and be a normal kiryana store. I kept on waiting for my order and at the end the staff stopped picking up the call.

Very poor and trying to cheat us and waste our valuable time. They first send us text of discounts and when we go there they cheat us and charge extra money. While billing he charge for extra money specially moti nagar branch.

I paid for two items & got delivery for only one of them. On calling them they stated that by mistake & will send it. Inspite of several reminders neither the item has been sent nor money refunded. Please be aware & check all the items on delivery as they are cheating the clients

But it is Very Difficult to Redemm to Points Earned by Shopping.

Third class store, no price tag on 90%of items, staff unaware of price. One can only check the price at billing counters that too when you reach there after a long long wait, slow staff. Very badly managed. I would have given negative marking if possible

Probably the best grocery store in Rajouri Garden. All stuff under one roof, you just name it and you'll get all your groceries here. Prices are better than its competitors. Staff is very polite and always quick to support.

Please please don't order online they are the worst. Don't deliver on time. Call them. 100 times. Will not respond properly. Still my order which was ordered 7 days back have not been delivered after repeated 100 calls

Optima Mart provides you a great shopping experience with a lot of discounts. This has a huge variety of authentic grocery products. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful too. Kitchen, cosmetic, bathroom, seasonal fruits, dry fruits, bakery products, meat products, an a lot more are available here. This store won't disappoint you.

The manager of East of Kailash was very rude I told him that bill has incorrect amt he threw the bill on my face stating read it properly when I showed him that advertisement has different amt. He started behaving like a rowdy. It's not the first instance he has some ego problem it seems like we are not paying for grocery he is giving us in charity. Such a unprofessional behaviour. If he is owner than he has lots of attitude problem if he is a manager than it seems he did not get proper training before hitting the floor.

If you want to see the discount part that is not the better then other store like 37 Krishna or Raj mandir
staff is also not so cooperative. My experience is not so good in this store

This is quite expensive as compared to other departmental store or Marts. Still you got all the things you required. Huge stock. Overall good.

Worst experience, Continuous delivery of promotional schemes in my inbox for a limited period scheme at store applicable from 7PM till 11PM at store, but in actual there is no stock at the store and staff says there is no such offer in store.

This has happened not just once, it has become an habit. Everytime the promotional schemes are applied on the material which doesn't have the stock in the outlet.

Something that makes optima mart a store worth the visit is the variety it offers for every product and has good offers on the same.

Staff is always very nice here.and beside the regular stuff you can get imported products like products from canada or europe from optima mart. The best thing I love about this supermarket is that they have imported japanese Kimchi Ramen Noodles which are kind of my favourite.

I bought diwali gifts worth 31000. The way of dealing is very unprofessional no value of words

They will Give u excuses like local kirana shop. Delivery time was afternoon 1.00. But! After 6.00 pm also i have to follow up with them. No complaint number they have.

No professionalism. Highly non recommendable
